      I had an outstanding balance on my bill. They terminated my services until I made payment arrangements with them. I made the payment arrangements. My services were to resume on May 20, 2024. I made the payments needed to have my garbage pick up restored. Unfortunately, they did not honor their part of the deal. It took them three weeks and multiple phone calls from me to get them to finally pick up the garbage!!!!!!!!! As you can surmise, the three weeks we waited for our trash pick up to resume, animals got into the garbage several times making a huge mess that I had to have cleaned up! Since pick up was “resumed”, they have not picked up our garbage on at least six more occasions!!! I am also a registered handicapped pick up and they repeatedly leave my garbage cans at the curb instead of returning them to their proper location. Both my son and I have called multiple times to resolve this and no one ever returns our calls! I am a senior citizen, disabled and have multiple health problems. I can’t stand this constant aggravation and stress!!! Please help!!

      I spoke with the route supervisor for your area. According to the documentation and review, your trash was not out on 8/12 when the truck came through. Please make sure your trash is out prior to 6AM. As a courtesy, we have a truck in the area today, the driver will stop by and pick up any trash that you have out.

      First of all,my experience with this company in the past has been that I had contacted them previously to inform them that they had not charged me for a 3 month period, since my payments were always automatic debit from my checking account, so they then deducted that payment. Possibly their record keeping is not what it should be?? I had informed NOBLE via phone call, that we were moving and that the last trash pick-up would be the last week of April 2024. Below is a copy/paste of my attempt to resolve on my own. I made a contact to you in April of this year, informing you that I was ending my service as of the end of that month. We moved from *** *** **** *** ************* on April 16th. 2024 I reviewed my checking account and found that a charge of $47.17 was deducted from my account on 6/22/24. My last payment (as a customer was in March, also, $47.17 .) Please refund that amount from 6/22/24 and a partial refund from the date of last garbage pick up in April. If my request is not appropriately addressed by in a timely manner, I will make a complaint to the BBB.

      This garbage company are supposed to pick up garbage once a week and they pick up every other week ...then when they do pick up garbage they leave garbage everywhere that they dropped...also when I call to complain they give bad additude and hang up on me ..been dealing with them for a year now please help..thank u

      My trash has not been picked up in a month and I’ve filled 3 complaints directly to the company over the phone and each time I call I am told that the trash will be picked up that day but it is still sitting there. I have my bill set to come out of my account directly and was billed on January 5th for 3 months but have now not had my trash picked up for a month. Customer service is awful and called me a liar saying I haven’t called and filled any complaints and refuse to put a supervisor on the phone. They also refuse to supply a refund for the missed month of pickup.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      This business serviced my area until March this complaint is from January to February. So the response from the business stating they do not service the area is a lie because the complaint I filed was related to when they were serving my area. I called and made numerous complaints to the business during January and February and was ignored and continued to not have my trash picked up. This company is known to not do their jobs and that is why Fayette township switched trash companies in March.

      I have a summer home that I use sporadically in the summer months. It’s located at *** ******** **** ******* ** *****. I’m more or less forced to pay for a garbage collection service that I don’t use. I’m a staunch recycler and composter. I’m not at the PA residence on a permanent basis. I have been told by the Burrough and Noble that. Addison Burrough has a contract with them for service and thus I’m to pay for the collection that I don’t use.. I’m on SS and have limited resources. Since I’m not a permanent resident, I should therefore be excluded from this so called contract. On another not , recycling is not provided. I cannot afford an attorney to fight this in court either. Feeling frustrated and that my hands are tied.

      Noble Environmental is the WORST! They HAVENT picked up my trash in 7 years! I called them EVERY tuesday for the last 8 months. NO ONE has ever helped me get this resolved. Ive asked over 100 times for a supervisor or someone to call me back and NOT ONCE have they ever. I complained about this business before and Christina * M******* flat OUT LIED and said they havent been out because of a supposed 'low wire' that DOESNT exist! She LIED and said that several weeks that they had to walk the trash out to avoid the wire! Why LIE? Especially being the VP of operations. STOP LYIN AND DO YOUR JOB! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They CHARGE for services that NEVER HAPPENED but im pretty sure Christina would lie again and say that they have. I had to go to the magistrate in order to get them to pick it up!

      I got a bill in the mail saying the I owe $236.86 for trash pick up. I have not had trash picked up at this address in 7 years. I was told that this is mandatory but was never informed about it until I got a bill for 2 years of something that I never used. I called and was told that if I would make one payment they would start to pick up my trash, so I made a $50 payment. This was in October still no one picks up my trash. Made a $50 payment in November still no pick up. I keep calling and they say they will call be or pick it up but still noting. My bill never went down even after paying $100 and they still don't pick up my trash. I have called about this so many times that they have blocked my number and when I call from a different number they hang up on me. I don't feel that I should be treated like this. If they don't want to pick up my trash (and they don't) I should not have to pay them. I told them that I would pay off the bill if they start to pick up my trash but until they start I will not pay them one more cent.

      We have collected here.  The customer has called several times.  He has a homemade stone corral that he uses and it is under a low wire.  We have requested the wire to be raised and he has not complied.  There were several weeks that we had to walk the trash out in order to avoid the wire and that is a problem when it is ice/snow covered.  If we have ever been delayed here he will pull the trash and burn it.  He does not even give us a full day to get it collected.

      what they responded to was nothing but lies. That company has never picked up trash here for one. There is no low wire and if so was never asked to remove anything.  They never walk to my place to pick up anything. I took the video to the magistrate. They are right about me not giving them an extra day because when I would the neighbors animals would get into it   They only came back one time and it was 3 days later. They do pick up my trash now because I contacted you and the magistrate. Just wanted you to know that their response was a lie and I had proof that I turned in to the magistrate to get them to do their jobs.

      On January 11, 2022 I made a payment to Noble Environmental for the yearly garbage service on my rental unit at *** ******* ***** ********** ** *****; the check amount was $153.12. In May 2022, my tenant informed me that he had not been getting his garbage picked up and had to haul it off himself. I called Noble Environmental (Noble) and was told that it would be looked into and get resolved. In October, my tenant said that they did not start picking up the garbage yet. I called Noble again and was told that the matter would be given urgent attention and a supervisor would be in contact with me. I received no contact from anyone from Noble. Then I received another phone call from my tenant 11/8/22 and was told that his garbage continued to be left behind and was not picked up. I called Noble again on 11/8/22 to let them know that my tenant is still not getting his garbage picked up. I was told by Noble that it would be given urgent attention. I gave specific information each time that I spoke to a Noble representative about the exact location of the rental and where the garbage was placed and that there was never a problem with garbage pick up prior to this year. I was not offered a refund either for paying ahead of time.

      I spoke with Noble Environmental yesterday after receiving my bill for or next year and let them know that I had not received the payment that was told to me and that 2 months of reimbursement was not sufficient.  I received a call back from Noble to disregard the current bill and that they would reimburse 4 months, and I told them that that would be sufficient, so I am able to close this case.  Thank you for helping me through this.

      I received a bill in the mail 2-19-22 from Noble Environmental/McClellandtown Hauling/County Hauling. The bill is dated 12-31-21 and due date 1-31-22. The bill is for overdue charges. I have NEVER received a bill from them nor did I ever set up an account or use their services. I called them to have the balance removed and they refused. They stated that the service was mandatory. I was never informed by them nor the township I reside in. I called the township and they stated it was mandatory and I informed them as well that I was never informed. They agreed that I should not have been billed past due amount when no previous bill was sent. The township contacted them and refused to the township to remove the bill.
