i signed up for the monthly service subscription at sienna. realized i could not use often enough so cancelled. paid $69 monthly. did not use two massages that had already been paid for. called to make appointment and was told these “expired” about one month ago. i already paid for them. this is unethical. they told me it is in the fine print. no one advised me of this knowing that i had prepaid for these services. why would i pay and not want to use? this business owes me $140. i was about to sign up again but obviously not. pw. horrible customer service.Business response

This client had signed and initialed the membership contract with the explanation of the 90 days expiration date, even though she did, we did reopen the membership with no payments attached and extended the date of the services so that she could still use these until mid September. The credits are still open and able to be used at this point. We did take care of this as soon as she called. We pride ourselves on our customer service and we are always willing to work with our clients to give them the best service possible.
