            Adams cable is ridiculously unreliable, delivers max internet speeds at 2/5th of what we pay for and they purport to offer, and when they have outages, they take away ways to contact them; disconnecting their phones, making only the landing and bill-pay pages available on their site, and eliminating any ability to comment or post on their social media. When things are working later, and you can reach them, they tell you the issue was inside your own home and they've had no issues - even when your entire community is having the issue. They also have a market monopoly in our area leaving us with no options for good or reliable service.

            The worst internet and cable service any human being on this earth could be put through. Just got home from a long day, wanna relax and watch some tv, use the internet, or play a playstation? It’s literally not possible. From the cable constantly cutting out to the internet NEVER fitting the speeds of which you pay for, it’s always someone else’s fault, though, never Adams. They always have an excuse. Monopolies are real and Adams is the PERFECT example of it. If I could give negative stars on the review, I would. It would be one thing to have complete shit service like they already do, but to not take any accountability for it, offer any refunds, or even give you a simple “sorry” is too much for them.

            I already received via postal mail from the BBB that this customer has reported the issue as resolved. The complaint and resolution were both dated for November 30 and received by postal mail on Saturday December 4. Therefore I assume this matter is closed.
