Missed major corrosion holes. Manager *** flat out accused me of lying. Asked to speak to the owner, called me annoying and hung up the phone. *** the supervisor said we pay people $10 to give us good reviews because we want to "incentivize people to give us a good review"-------------After Rust Repair's undercoating, my mechanic found massive holes in the car that were left unrepaired. Basically Rust Repair Inc. did the undercoat without finding/looking for the holes. These guys are clearly incompetent if a regular mechanic could find these holes.Originally, the Manager *** admitted the pictures over email looked really bad. After a few days, *** flat out accused me of lying. Said that these pictures could be anything.I directly asked *** if he was accusing me of lying, and he said yes. He said he doesn't see a resemblance to my own vehicle and that I can't prove that it's my car. "Yes, we don't believe you that these are the pictures of the car."Called back to get in contact with the owner. *************** up the phone. Called again to ask why he hung up the phone. "Because you're being really annoying and you're not getting your money back". Incompetent, accusatory, and rude!Don't deal with these "professionals" who can't find corrosion holes. They just want your money and won't refund their own incompetent service. I fell for ***'s "professional" demeanor only to find three weeks later that he straight up accused me of lying and called me annoying. Go figure!

Took my Mercedes car to rust repair inc to replace rear cradle on car. They did work but the car had a clunking sound after they worked on car in rear end where work was done. Took car back to rust repair inc to correct the problem, they could not correct problem and told us to take to the Mercedes garage to diagnose problem. Told us not to worry they would make this right. I had to pay $210 to Mercedes garage to diagnose the problem. They found that the bolts on the cradle were not tight and requested that they needed more time to work on the car to diagnose the problem which would be additional cost. Unfortunately due to the sloppy undercoating Rust Repair did they were unable to see the work that they completed. I contacted Rust Repair to pay the additional charges, they told me I had to prove it was something they did and would not pay for anything. I did not have a problem with the car until they did the work on the car and now they refuse to do anything unless I prove they are at fault. They need to prove they didn’t do it and stand behind their work as they promised. I would like a refund of the labor costs l, I am willing to pay for parts. They say they are not mechanics but rust repair specialists, if they are going to work on cars they need to be able to complete the job correctly or pay to have someone who knows how’s to fix the errors they have made. The total cost of labor is $1308.92 which should be refunded do to work not complete as promised. The parts were $1617.00. After we had the problems with the repairs ,Robert, from Rust Repair, said this was the first cradle they had done on a Mercedes and he wasn’t comfortable working on a Mercedes. He said the owner of the repair shop wanted it done. The mechanic also admitted he was not sure of things as he completed the work. Michael from Rust Repair took the call from the Mercedes dealer and was dismissive of the situation. I also spoke with Michael he was to get back to me and I have not heard back
