When I placed my order, nowhere did it say the frozen products [pork] would arrive thawed and barely even cold, the sausage roll where mushy. order # ****** I submitted a complaint to them, I received this response "Thanks for getting in touch. The meat items are not likely to arrive frozen. They will leave our warehouse frozen but will slowly thaw during transit. The ice packs will keep the items cold and in a refrigerated state. So they should be okay as long as they arrive with 48hrs of shipping. Thanks Jenn" I replied this was not noted on the website and I felt uncomfortable eating pork which was thawed and barely cold, I received no response, I sent another e-mail noting their return policy "Returns & Refunds If for any reason you are not happy with the products you ordered and received please contact The British Food Depot for instructions on returning your order for a refund. You may return damaged, defective or unwanted merchandise within 7 days of the order delivery date for a full refund." Still no response, sent another e-mail and still waiting to see if they respondCustomer response
