Do not use this website. This should be illegal. The market themselves as a loan calculator but all they do is sell your information. I’ve received over 80 phone calls in 2 days since using this site. This is absolutely ridiculous— these people are scum. Get a real businessReview from Lynn W

STAY AWAY. I put our home phone (landline) into their lead gen form, as I did not want me or my husband to get calls on our cell phones. Somehow they got my husband's phone number anyway, and he is being bombarded with dozens of calls every day.

This consumer provided one telephone number with consent to call that number. Our records show we called it once and spoke to this person and, with her permission, transferred the call to a lender for a quote. It is the only telephone number we have and the only number that we provided to lenders.Review from Sean M

I dare you to apply on this website, we received hundreds of calls and emails in a matter of days! Stay away and stick with the traditional banks and mortgage companies, bankrate.com is highly recommended.FreeRateUpdate.com LLC Response

The reviewer entered his information on one of Freerateupdate.com's websites. Within the text box where he entered his telephone number, there is a disclosure that appears in normal size text, explaining that if he clicks through he is giving us permission to introduce him to lenders for mortgage quotes. That said, we provided his information to only one lender, and we called to see if he would like any additional quotes, reaching only his voicemail. The 15 calls occurred over two days and Freeratupdate.com sent one email informing him of the lender that we introduced. Had he notified us by email, telephone, or text, he would have been removed from any further contact.Review from Alex T

Only harasses me via phone. Called me 5 times in 10 minutes. Called them back and told them to stop harassing me, they said that they never called me since I was already on their "do not call list" when I have no idea who this company even is, yet claimed I ma the one at fault and used harder language at me, so I returned with language as well unfortunately. I truly believe this to be a scam.
