      Bought the vehicle June 14, 2023 not even two weeks went by issues were happening. I took the vehicle in to them said it needed 1500 worth of work. BUT they just had inspected AND passed it with these issues then sold it to me. The vehicle should've never passed inspection let alone be up for sale. Now they won't uphold the warranty I got through them.

      To whom it may concern: 

      ****** came in with the concern of the vehicle pulling to the right on 8/1/2023 with 141,770 miles. The customer took delivery of the vehicle on 06/14/23 with 140,407 miles. Six weeks later and 1363 more miles the vehicle starting pulling to the right which was verified by our technician. This vehicle was sold with a complimentary 3-month or 3000-mile powertrain warranty. The customer concerns for the vehicle would not pertain to a warranty claim as they are wear items. The vehicle needs to go a tire shop to address the bent wheels. We recommended an alignment, tires, brakes, and the vehicle to be sent to a tire shop to address the bent wheels. 

      During the check out on 02/08/2023 here at Kyner's, our technician did the inspection where the tires were at 7/32 in the front and 9/32 in rear. The front brakes were at 6mm, and the rear brakes were at 6mm. These specs are all within state inspection regulations. There was no mention of bent rims at the time of check out or when the customer took delivery. We explained to the Customer that due to elapsed time and mileage that there could not be a determination of how the vehicle was driven. The list/estimate provided were merely recommendations to address the customers concerns.

      The vehicle started to pull in less then a week, I have proof of every trip I've taken every speed turn handling all through my ***** app. In no way would "wear and tear" cause bent rims pulling to the right and down right 1500 in "recommendations" to fix an issue that should'nt have been an issue in the first place. The vehicle cost over 10 thousand dollars. The last thing that should happen is having to put more into it. Especially because the issue were there at purchase.

      Purchased a Used Vehicle on 8/30/2021 from Kryner's Used Auto Sales Beginning on Wednesday 12/22/2021 the 2016 ****** Tacoma had to be towed to Kryner's Used Auto Sales. On 1/16/2021, the vehicle has been towed to Kryner's Used Auto Sales for the fourth time and for the same issue. In its current state, the vehicle is unsafe, unreliable, and inoperable. The purchase has unnecessarily inconvenienced myself and my family. The vehicle has cost me time, money, and resources. The dealership had "reasonable" time and opportunity to fix the persistent vehicle malfunction but fail to do so. The dealership and its associates have passed my concerns from one department to another. They have not been proactive in resolving the issue, they do not treat the matter with any sense of urgency, and now, the general manager ever-so respectfully explains to me that "I do not know who gave you legal advice, but there are no laws in regard to used vehicles in the state of ************," and "You can reach out to the Office of the Attorney General and to the Better Business Bureau, but they will reach out to me; and I will explain that we are doing all that we can to resolve the issue."

      *** ******* had an issue with his rear brake sticking.  Every time the issue arose, we immediately towed the vehicle back to the dealership.  This vehicle has been fixed, and *** ******* is driving his vehicle.
