  Called co. to clean the main floor bath tub drain & install a garage disposal. That was 12/15 on 12/18 the basement was flooded. Now sewage water is shooting out of the basement bathroom shower drain & toilet. It eventually goes down but if you take a shower, wash clothes ect it spills on the floor. We called Reliable they immediately said it was not their fault this is the price since its a Saturday it is $225 plus $50 emergency fee. They barely looked @ issue said it was the main pipe and accessed the main drain outside. Their instrument got stuck and they said they will be back on Monday with a bobcat. Monday coworker came to try to get it out then said yup you need a *** *** be back in the afternoon. *** *** removed instrument. 3:30 pm we called another plumber. Reliable showed up and said its $225 & I can take the toilet off and snake it. I don't know I haven't looked down there. He sounded like he didn't have a clue. Every time he spoke discussed the price 1st hoping that would deter us. 3 visits & you still didn't fix the problem you caused and you want to come back and play around? Its Christmas week & my daughter is having surgery & will recover here. I need a plumber who knows what they are doing. A sewage flood in the basement everyday is not acceptable. They say their work is guaranteed for 30 days. Saying the are unrelated helps them weasel out of it. I would share out the first drain is functional but not the same.

  Customer called Reliable Plumbing and we dispatched a drain cleaner to her property because she had stated that her bath tub drain line was clogged (see attachment) we cleaned are cleared the bath tub as instructed. The bath tub was cleared and proper flow was restored ( SEE ATTACHED) Customer does have a 30 day guarantee as stated on her work order for the bath tub we unclogged NOT EVERY PIPE IN THE HOUSE BSTH TUB ONLY!! .. Job was completed and customer was charged $225 (see attached) Customer called on Saturday 12/18 customer called stated that her basement was flooded.. We tried to explain to her that w cleared her bath tub on 12/15 which had nothing to do with her basement flooding but that her main drain was clogged (separate issue). We went back out to her property again as instructed to un clog her main drain which was causing her basement to back up.. While doing so the cable from the drain machine got caught in her drain and we sent a plumber out with a mini excavator to remove cable, please note customer was not charged for either visit , customer was only charged the original $225 for her bath tub. She then re called and asked us to come back out to un clog her main drain which STILL the issue for her basement flooding when we told her the price would be $225 she refused . I'm unsure as to why she thought there shouldn't be charge for that service? And please allow me to address the gentleman that came out un to unclog her main drain has been with our company for 28 years and his only job is to unclog drains 7 days a week 365 days a year so i am convinced he is NOT clueless... If your basement is still flooded it is due to your main drain still being clogged in which you will have to pay $225 to clear and unclog your drain.. If you get another plumber that says that your basement is flooded due to him clearing your bath tub then please call me at the office so we may talk!! Lastly we sympathize with the issues to your daughters recovery but that has nothing to do with the work we did!!
