            Foglia Builders Inc 552 Hite Road Cheswick PA 15024 cell ************* First roof replacement estimated date 11/25/23 and 2nd time replacing roof estimated date 12/16/23. Issues: installed first roof in 1 day 6 hours. Removed one layer of shingles down to sheathing and replaced entire roof with Owens Corning Black Sable 50 year warranty Tru Definition Duration Shingles Told the contractor the issues and he disagreed and wanted payment. A couple days later he called me and agreed the job was poor workmanship and said he was going to replace the entire roof at no cost to me. Second roof still with issues and poor workmanship. Also damaged gutters from first and second install and said I’m going to have to take him to court he’s not replacing. Damage in attic from shingle shovel falling thru roof and them not even telling me and denied it was their shovel they only have one but ended up taking the shovel At first they said they were not fixing because it wasn’t structural and I said you will fix. They did end up fixing. I have not paid any money due to all the issues I’m having.

            It all started with a leak. I saw one of my neighbors had her roof replaced. she told me of Foglia Builders and the excellent job they did. *********************** came and gave me the initial estimate. A very personable gentleman. I did not experience a high-pressure sale. He was upfront about a possible change order as the work was done. This was explained clearly to me since obviously one could not see any damage that needed to be repaired underneath the existing roof. When the work was started, the crew was excellent and hard working. My wife and I did not observe any of them walking around wondering what to do. They are a great team. My wife and I are very satisfied with the work that was done, and our house looks great.
