I have been texting this landscaper to honor his guarantee in the installation of paver stones using Cambridge. Before signing the contract I had indicated my reservations in use of ********* stone and he provided his guarantee that he would replace the stone if company did not. I have been trying to contact *** but he does not respond to any text. At one point last year he noted he would replace them when he had a chance and ever since he just ignores any text sent. No response. At the time contractor provided a warranty on the stone. I have also contacted ********* who has been unresponsive as well. There is also other issues with the back pavers which were incorrectly installed based on my existing deck due to the elevation and I had to pay another contractor out of pocket.
I initially had reservations about installation of ********* pavers. The contractor provided his guarantee he would replace it if any issues should occur. I have been in constant texting this person and has yet to respond to my text and actually replace the stone. He noted last year he would come to replace it when he is free but he never showed up. In fact he does not even respond to my texts (over a dozen). The contractor does not like to honor his contract which provides a hardscaping guarantee. I only want these stone replaced. The company cambridge has also been the same which never responds and does not even care for their customers.
