Hello my name is Jesus L***, owner and only worker for Leones Construction, I am writing to clarify
that in many occasions I intended to resolved the issues with this Lady, I have done things more than once trying to please the costumer and also done things outside the scope of work to keep her happy, but she keeps adding things that were never part of the contract.
Also she has been harassing me, first she was sending obnoxious texts to my phone and calling me names when she drives by my home (she is living next door with our neighbor). She also filed a complaint with the attorney general saying that she gave me an advance payment and never did the work, when I started to do the demolition for a chimney which she said she was absolutely sure she was going to do, but when I gave her the proposal she said that she already paid for the demolition and that the price was too high, so I said do not worry, you can find someone else to do it and I forgive you the demolition part, just trying to keep things in peace but she was insisting that she already has paid for that, so we showed everything that she had paid us and the work that we already done for her. Still she did not even recognized that we did more than what we agreed on.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
All of this contractor’s responses ignore the fact that he signed for, accepted, and cashed a check in the amount of $1635.66 which was a down payment for the fireplace. The work was never done. No effort has been made by this contractor to rectify this situation. I am due a full refund.
