Following the repaving of our driveway, within a couple months we noticed areas that were starting to crumble. We had Mr. Wells seal the driveway about 4 months after the paving of the driveway, at which time Mr. Wells indicated the sealing would fix the issue and prevent any further crumbling. It did not and the condition worsened. On two separate occasions, we called (spoke to their son) and asked them to come and inspect and repair. Both times they said they would be out in a week. Both times they failed to show or call to reschedule.Business response

We hired R. Wells in June 2020 to blacktop our driveway, demo/replace the apron and sidewalk in between the two. The driveway turned out ok. Our biggest issue was the cement work. The day they finished it it was already chipping/cracking. They attempted to patch the brand new work and it was different colors. The apron shape doesn't even match from side to side. The pavement lines are obviously wavy. We were told to stain the concrete if we wanted it to match or we could wait and if it did match in 6 months to a year to call them. We called and they were eager to help over the phone but kept avoiding to come out. They eventually stopped responding to calls and texts. We paid them $4000 for the cement work and want out money back so we can have it done properly
