      Absolutely terrible experience. Dealt with mechanic only because he accepts CarShield. Was working with limited cash, which I was upfront with him, and honest, letting him know I’m a disabled women on a fixed income. That I basically took the car to him to run a diagnostic test to try and pinpoint why my car was overheating and that my air conditioner wasn’t blowing out cold air after having it fixed not even a whole year ago. When I also had a diagnostic check and was told I only needed a compressor and a tie rod, meaning 1. I had a oils change done at Midas in November and they also ran a diagnostic test informing me that I needed a tie rod and a cabin filter and engine filter and nothing to the magnitude of what this Mechanic is Claiming. I took my car one time before and he threw out replaced a reservoir coolant that I purchased for 70.00. I had a mechanic put that on for 30.00. When he contacted me that time. He never told me what was or gave me an estimate prior ho and that pair was $400.00 or so. I had to pay that out of pocket because was something not under CarShield warranty. I really was requesting that he perform just the diagnostic only. I called him repeatedly, asking did he have a diagnosis. He was stalling saying he would call me shortly, he wasn’t returning my calls , something told me to call CarShield. Here he never once discussed repairing. Basically he bypassed me without my consent and started doing repairs that CarShield would cover. I told him that after he was done with the call I just wanted the car returned, because I would little by little done being that I’m financially at a hardship. I was informed by CarShield that they provide the parts but some mechanics. As he is one that likes to get his own parts and that is his way of overcharging . For instance I bought housing a radiant for 40.00 and his fee with labor was 358.67. I picked up my car and was on the bypass and the Honda grille flew up and hit my windshield he said he will repl

      New to the area,, exceptional service!! Reliable ,talented ., fast honest service and mechanics ! I highly recommend Art and his Friendly helpful team ! Provided me with a fast tow,, and got my car back on the road!!

      Been a customer for artsy for 12 yrs never had problem here at all. Awesome honest people that works here and I recommend that if anyone need car fixed come to artsy. Get it done the first time. These guys take they job real SERIOUS I really thank god I found this place not just because they are phenomenal on the work they do but in general these guys are AMAZING. Great customer service always work with u and never have a nasty or bad attitude great personality’s

      Horrible experience with this shop. I will stick to the facts for this post. Arty's Auto incorrectly installed the wrong alternator in my vehicle. Not one time, but TWICE. His website boasts about how long it's been in business- but did NOT take the time to look up the proper amperage the alternator should be. My original equipment was 140 amps. Did you notice when you took it out? When you charged me $100 for the diagnostic? How experienced are you really? My car takes 140amps. The first time he installed 170 amps, and 175amps the second time. This is causing more electrical and charging issues with my vehicle. I have to jump start my car on a daily basis due to his shop's negligence. In addition, since it's not safe to travel on the highway- I have lost lots of income since I cannot travel. And the "warranty " program isn't worth the inconvenience. My next post will be about how he overcharged me when initially I contacted him to replace a small heater hose. I needed the alternator so I trusted him to do it correct. Horrible decision. Has Arty followed up? Absolutely not. I asked for a refund and he thought I would allow him to work on my vehicle a THIRD time. I want my money back Arty. A FULL refund. We'll send you this Remy 170 alternator. Buyer beware.
