I’ve been trying to seek help on a fraudulent report to a New collections agency. There coming after me towards a bill that was reported fraudulently from a apartment rental office. I have asked this collection agency to send me a copy of this bill so I can dispute it. They have not and it’s been about a year now since I know of this fraudulent activity. I have contacted the credit bureaus and no help thus far. They seem to contact this agency and leave this matter on there word. I have the required paperwork to challenge this issue. I have good credit and this issue is constantly knocking my credit score down. Please assist me with getting the bill this collection agency has so I can dispute this issue. The collection agency is very rude and disrespectful. I need help ASAP. There is no way one should be held responsible for a bill that is fraudulent reported to a collections agency. My thing is why I never received any information on this matter than seeing it on my credit report. The rental office never contacted me about this matter either before they sold my information to this collections agency. The collection agency just sent me paperwork of the total amount I suppose to owe them. They did not/have not sent me the total bill showing me how they came up with the amount there requesting me to pay. I do not have that kind of money to pay for something I don’t owe. If anything the rental office needs to be investigated by reporting fraudulent reports to a collection agency. I moved out of the apartment with the dates I’m being billed for. I do have proof to show this is fraudulently reported. PLEASE ASSIST ME. Thank You

The person is clearly confusing our law firm (Vullings Law Group, LLC) with a collection company.  Our firm does not practice or handle collection cases.  We do not know this person and have no record of any interaction.  We ask that this matter be responded to accordingly and no record be made against our firm.  Kindly confirm.  Thank you.
