THIS WAS MY REVIEW ON THEIR BUSINESS PAGE. One of my family members contacted Epic Cleaning & Organizing to provide cleaning service for their house and asked if their employees we're vaccinated and wear mask while working. This was their reply... "We do not partake in the political demise of the United States of America. If you should decide mask/vaccine isn't necessary please feel free to contact us we will gladly help you with your cleaning needs. Sincerely Jessica F******* Epic Cleaning" Totally unnecessary, rude and apparently Jessica does not know how to separate business from personal! I will be looking for every vehicle to put them on blast! A simple we do not require employees to be vaccinated or wear a mask would have been enough! But to say that "We do not partake in the political demise of the United States of America" is to insinuate that we do! Safety is not a political topic, it is a God Given Right! Especially when PA has the 6 highest Covid infection count in the country, Jessica your ignorance shines!!!!! THE OWNER, JESSICA F*******, THEN CONTINUED TO VERBALLY ASSULT ME VIA INBOX AFTER I DID NOT REPLY TO HER REQUEST TO REMOVE MY REVIEW OF HER COMPANY NOR RESPOND TO HER ATTEMPT TO APPEAL TO MY BETTER SIDE BY SENDING A PIC OF HER BUSINESS PARTNER'S DAUGHTER VIA INBOX... SHE THEN NOT ONLY BEGAN TO DELETE HER REPLIES ON MY POST IN REFERENCE TO THIS INCIDENT, BUT THREATEN TO POST NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON MY RELATIVES RELASTATE BUSINESS PAGE... You asked me to remove my review of you and because I did not want to get into a back and forth with you, I did not reply. FYI, reviews are for what you have done not what you are going to do. Your response to an inquiry as to if your workers we're vaccinated and if you all wore mask while working in others homes was this... "Epic Cleaning & Organizing Alright, well. Have a good day." Then your reply to my post that tagged your business page was this... . "Epic Cleaning & Organizing Hey ... but how's my cleaning? ?? This won't hurt us. Not even a little. ?? Thanks for the attention. I love it. ???? ???? ????" Then you DM'd me and wanted to continue the conversation which was very unprofessional and uninvited. However, after you expressing your need to express yourself, I gave you this bit of advice... "Whichever platform you choose to voice your personal views, disassociate it from your your business." You and your partner agreed with what I said and then you proceeded to ask me to remove my review. Again, reviews are for what you have done not what you are going to do. I did not want to get in a back and forth with you so I did not respond, that was on January 3rd. Well today you decide to come into my DM's again...uninvited, and attempt to plea your case again for me to remove my review, which I am obviously not going to do. And then in a shameless ploy to play on my emotions, you then send a pic of Deyannah I**** CM daughter to me in the DM. I do not know if she does or does not know that you did this, but you do not know what type of person I am, so why would you send a pic of your business partner/friend to a man you do not know at all. Not only is that highly inappropriate, but it is extremely unprofessional, dangerous! I pray you never do that again! THEN...you begin to insult me and call me names. These are your words.... "Happy new year. We give up. Thanks Jessica You're a hater Jessica No lie Jessica Jessica F******* This is hater shit." So, this is my reply.... I am not going to remove my review of your business. Your response in my DM confirms my suspicion that your apology was not sincere. Please do not DM me from this moment forward as we are not friends nor do we have any business to conduct.
