      Hi, would I been keeping records from them. They know very well what they do. The reason posted on ****** for them and other companies. When they call or email. And they do not like, That I tell them to put me on DO NOT CONTACT LIST.  They just don't like to hear that by phone or email. If they call or email me again. Will tell my friends to give them a bad review anyway. The ball is in their side now. You may be able to remove the BBB review at your discretion but not the one for ******. Is your decision on this.

      YOU BROKE THE LAW!!!! IN PURSUIT TO 15 USC 1681A(3) RESTRICTION ON CREDIT INFORMATION IT STATES YOU MUST EXCLUDE ANY CREDIT INFORMATION FROM MY CONSUMER REPORT, YOU GUYS HAVE VIOLATED FEDERAL LAW WITHIN THE FCRA AND FURNISHED MY INFORMATION WITHOUT MY PERMISSION 15 USC 168B. ON TOP OF THAT YOU HAVE INFRINGED UPON MY PRIVACY SHARING MY INFORMATION WITH A 3RD PARTY DEBT COLLECTOR. NOTHING WITH MY CREDIT CARD, WHICH IS DEFINED IN TILA IN PURSUIT TO 15 USC1602(L)(I) THE TERM " CREDIT CARD" MEANS ANY CARD, PLATE, COUPON BOOK OR OTHER CREDIT DEVICE EXISTING FOR THE PURPOSE OF OBTAINING MONEY, PROPERTY,LABOR, OR SERVICES ON CREDIT.       Authorization to report account information is part of the Retail Installment Contract and was granted with its execution. A third-party collection agency servicing an existing account is an exemption of GLBA due to being necessary to service the account. We are sympathetic to the borrowers position however we are obligated to report credit accurately.Credit bureau reporting accurately reflects the payment history therefore we are unable to accommodate this request.

      I’m a truck driver and I got laid off from my job and they decided to destroy my credit history. I paid full the amount and they will not fix my credit score. I am going to the attorney general. I’ve been making on time payments for last 3 years and I am still paying on it. And they are saying there is nothing they can do about it. The lack of respect. Not helpful at all.

Credit bureau reporting accurately reflects the payment history therefore we are unable to accommodate this request.

      I have had this loan for a little over 4years now and I recently ran into a financial hardship. During the month of April, I was making payments but apparently the full loan amount was not paid and they reported that I had a 30days late payment. Thus resulting in my credit score dropping 100 points. I reached out to the call center requesting a courtesy to remove the 30day late payment as it shows that payments were still being made. I advised the call center rep and the manager ***** that this sudden drop of credit score is causing issues with my leasing company as my credit score no loger makes me eligible to stay in my home. The manager kept stating that there is nothing that can be done. I informed the rep that I did not want to tarnish my relationship with Paramount but I desperately needed this correction as it would end up causing me to potentially lose my home. I only request that some grace be extended and the 30day late payment removed and reported to the credit bureaus so that I do not lose my home for my son and I.

      I paid off my loan. No problem with that. It was for my boat and now I'm selling that boat. Went down to the DMV here in Pensacola and they said there was still a lien on it. I said that was incorrect and so I contacted ******************* (collections team lead) and he said he would email the guy to have the lien lifted. It's been some time now and I need to get my title. They have had 2 years to send the electronic document in and I can't wait anymore. I need them to lift this lien.

      This account was settled and the original lien hold was forwarded all supporting documentation. It is the responsibility of the lien holder to ensure that owner is properly transferred at the completion of the agreement. The customer has been advised of this and been provided with the appropriate contact information for the lien holder.

      This letter is to inform you that I am disputing Paramount Capital Group companys references on my credit report because of the lack of completeness and/or accuracy.I recently disputed this account with the credit reporting bureaus, and the information was reported as verified and accurate. Unfortunately, credit bureaus often use software that does not complete thorough investigations.I am disputing the following information directly with you, the furnisher of information, and I am requesting that you send me all paperwork you have on this account so i can review the accuracy of your reporting. Paramount has failed to prove to me and provide any verifiable documents supporting these alleged late payments on this account. My first letter was sent to Paramount on 01/15/2023 requesting validation and verification of these alleged late payments. I have not and are not late. I have had direct payments set up on all of my accounts for over 6 years now. - Procedure in case of disputed accuracy (5) Treatment of inaccurate or unverifiable information (A) In general If, after any reinvestigation under paragraph (1) of any information disputed by a consumer, an item of the information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete or cannot be verified, the consumer reporting agency shall (i) promptly delete that item of information from the file of the consumer, or modify that item of information, as appropriate, based on the results of the reinvestigation; and (ii) promptly notify the furnisher of that information that the information has been modified or deleted from the file of the consumer. I am disputing the account(s) stated in this document for the third time. I am not late and was never late. Paramount, If you believe it's correct, I demand: The date whomever validated it was correct. The method used to validate this Billing error. The name of the person who received the permission to Validate this error. The documents used to determine this error. These items were never presented to me per requested by Paramount. I would appreciate it if this matter were handled in a timely manner.

      Number on website is false advertising. Trying to speak with a human being in regards to an inquiry I have about my own loan. I missed payments and the loan went to collections. I was able to start payments through *********************************. However on my credit report on Paramount is still showing as past due when they should be reporting it as charged off per the collectors at *********************************. Have tried calling ************ but am told I am calling outside of business hours even though I am calling within the hours of operation per the automated message. I have also tried emailing and using the speak to a lender chat option when logging into the site and immediately turns off. Credit score is getting affected by this and I'm making payments to ********************************* for paramount to still screw me over and say I'm not making payments. Prompt communication would be appreciated.

      We have spoken with the customer after he called into our office. We are no longer servicing his account and have since ceased any credit reporting on said account.. We hope this resolves any issues the customer has endured.

I made a payment to close out the account of $5,995 they are reporting on my credit that I was late for 30 days which is untrue & needs to be removed immediately due to harmful negative remarks on credit. I paid in full weather those posted or not in time I shouldnt be held liable if I paid IN FULL CASH. Seeing derogatory remarks on my credit

      We have reviewed the account and the account was paid in full in July of 2020, however there were late payments prior to the payoff which were reported accurately to ***********.

      I recently signed up for a loan with Paramount capital group last year to help me with school I missed one payment of January and they have added my bill to $75 it was originally $50 I have heard many problems with this company about they scam people and want to file a complaint

      I called them because my credit report says that my loan almost 8262.00 was paid off October 2018. They take 190.00 out of my checking account since. They said I would be paying around 11,000 altogether but my loan won’t be paid off until January 2023. If you add this up it’s WAY more than 11,000. It adds up to 17,572.00 It dosent make sense.if you calculate this correctly I will be paying 17572.00, it does not add up I feel they are taking money from my checking account because they can . Please help me make this right.

      Upon review of this account, there seems to be no discrepancy on our part. The customer may not fully understand the credit report in question. The account was not paid in full in 2018. This was a 72 month agreement an at this point 60 payments have been made. We hope this clears up any misunderstandings
