This company is outrageous. Their one and only posted customer service phone number states: 'due to heavy call volume, no one can take your call' and then they automatically hang up on you. If you are lucky enough to get through after business hours, hold times are four + hrs. long. If you are lucky enough to actually get a customer service rep on the phone, they say they have no knowledge or authority to resolve any issues and there are no supervisors working after hours. This company is supposed to assist patients in getting medication. Instead, hundreds of patients are deprived of medication because of their own system. Outrageous and sanctionable quality of patient care.Review from Sharla B

My son started acne medication several months ago. IPledge recently had a system update, requiring each patient to update their profile online. I’m having problems updating his profile. Can’t communicate via email or chat. Only 1 number is listed. Can’t get through on this number. Please help.Review from Lisa W

Customer service is horrible. I was referred by my daughters dermatologist. Her prescription is in but I need to create an account with this business. You call them and they say “due to high call volume, your call cannot be answered at this time.” There is no email address or way to get in touch with someone there. I’m in king of Prussia, pa. I should just drive to their office building. I feel this company is a total scam.Review from Jill A

Terribly run program. Every single time I go and get my son’s prescription refilled, I am denied because of glitches with ipledge. Ipledge is supposed to prevent pregnancy while on accutane. Why is my SON required to be part of this bug-ridden program? Hard to get much-needed prescriptions, despite following every rule. The doctor and pharmacy are frustrated. As I write this my son has been off his medicine for one week, solely because of ipledge. Where is the accountability???Review from Sherrie N

I am on Accutane and any one on acne treating drug must go to this site and register. The site has been broken for 2 weeks, no one can access it ,such as a patient, Dermatologist or Pharmacy. No one is able to get prescriptions. I have called every day held for 4 hours then pressed to get a call back. 12 days later no call back. Site is still not working. It would make sense to say the site is still broken, when you call it should say we have no intentions of answering your calls. This is frustration and now anyone on these acne treatments are left with the unavailability to get a refill. They have no regard for anyone's time or health.Review from Katie P

The IPLedge system has been poorly mis managed resulting in patients not being able to receive refills on medication treatment for acne!! What a poor way to manage a medication. You all should be ashamed of how this had been managed and you have costed patients hundreds of dollars in laboratory testing fees and dr office visits for no reason!!!!
