      I was with my daughter to have an IV put in because her port was not working. She was told to come to building ****. This is our first visit. I had a pink pepper spray attached to my keyring. We were told that it couldn't come in the building. We asked if he could keep it until her appointment was over. The ***** male associate that works with Allied Universal said that we either had to take it back to the car or give it to him. We gave it to him. We got to customer service and discovered we were at the wrong building. We had to go move our vehicle. I asked for my pepperspray back. The same associate said no cause he had already destroyed it. I said, "You know you haven't destroyed it. You just want it cause it's cute." He said, "Sure you are right and there's nothing you can do about it!" I think his remark was so unprofessional." No, I shouldn't have said anything but I was representing me. He was representing Allied Universal. I went up to another male associate in imaging and asked how do I get in touch with head of this company. He replied he didn't know! That's just sad!!.

      Universal sent a letter offering health insurance. It included all of my information, including my SS#. First of all, I've never worked for them Secondly, to send a SS# in the mail is terribly wrong, a possible breach of identity (theft). I want future mailings canceled and to have all of my information removed from their system(s).

      There's a 401k established by my brother who passed. My mother who is the beneficiary, also passed. I'm the contingent beneficiary selected by my brother. Made contact with ******* ********** and they sent me a NOD form (Notice of Death) to fill out and I did complete it and send on about of 4/2022 to an address on the form in Kansas City as I was instructed by ******* **********. On 6/2022 they said to me over the phone that NOD is at Benefit Dept waiting for approval and signature. On 8/2022 I could get a hold of a representative. I finally talked to a representative of ******** ***. They inform me that they're not processing my claim of NOD. They referred my to Mr Brett F******* of ALLIED UNIVERSAL. After numurous and repeated calls/messages and emails, none of its was returned. With my luck Mr. F******* answered my call. He instructed me to re-send the NOD to Lissa S**** on about 8/2022. I scan the NOD over to her and she acknowledged my emailing me back with the word "recieved" On late 9/2022 to 10/2022 i made several emails and call/messages, there's was no return to my inquiry. I was asking for any information to my NOD application to the 401k status. My inquiry is being ignored by this company. It's been a long time since I filed my initial application. I am seeking compensation due to their neglect that cause tremendous delay on their part, and the value of the 401k has greatly deminished. I woudl be greatly appreciative if BBB can mitigated and solved my issues with Allied Universal. I also want to add that from my brief conversasion to ******* ********** that this 401k was handled by several company such as; **** ******, ******* **********, and ALLIED UNIVERSAL. I think this account was acquired by this company without me being formaly notified. This made it dificult for me without any answers to the status of my NOD application.       Security agent for Allied Universal was not being careful with my backpack. He got my backpack jammed in an X-ray machine and destroyed my laptop. I went to grab my backpack to reposition it on thr X-Ray machine belt and before I could reposition it the security agent forced my backpack through the machine causing permanent damage to my laptop

      I've been trying to resolve an issue with the remaining balance of a payout that was owed to me. I have a Branch manager ************************* who is one of the worst managers ever to work for within Allied Universal Security Services. He has very poor communication towards his employees and people color and he is very terrible in responding to any issues that occurs. I believe he's has and issue towards people of color as many of my co workers have the same complaints against him. which I believe should be looked into. I asked many of times to speak with someone for the HR Department for help and was given also 3-4 different names an email address to people who have never replied not once. I spoken to a *************************** who seem to be buddies with **** which now I can never seem to get a hold of after expressing my complaints. He is now ignoring my emails and calls to help fix this one issue which I don't understand why its so hard to get assistance. This office needs to be investigated for discrimination and unfair treatment of workers in the field. Can someone please assist me with this issue. Thanks,

      On 11/03 I was taken to ********************** ******* Medical campus through the ambulance When leaving I noticed Not all of my belongings were in my patient bag so I asked the Security Company and I was informed that my entire Purse which contained Electronics and identity from debit cards,social security card, birth certificate, ****** ,**** so i was told they would return or cut me a check for my things but i have been the only ones reaching out and now they are saying that ill have to wait 45 days for the check to be mailed I use both electronics for work I cant afford to wait 45 days and i cant just drop a couple thousands on my electronics right now

      Allied Universal is in receipt of the Complaint ID ********, *******************************. 

       

      In response to ******** ******** initial complaint and in response the BBB complaint, Allied Universal has come to an agreement with the claimant to reimburse the claimant for the missing property.  The amount of the agreement was $2,000.

       

      A check request has been submitted to the Allied Universal Corporate Accounts Payable department to issue a check in the amount of $2000 with a request to expedite the shipping of the check.

      In January 2020, I started working for a security company called S.O.S that was later bought out by Allied Universal. My job entailed that I would drive my own car and assist clinicans all over the 5 boroughs and Long Island. Both contracts state that I was to be reimbursed for my tolls, but because of the pandemic that hit 2020 I was not told how to claim the reimbursements. I was told to take a picture of my timesheet and email it to my supervisor/or fill out the information for tolls in a downloaded app that was related to the company. I did this every time. When I saw no reimbursement, I would email and text my managers and supervisors but they were not helpful to me at all. After several months of going through tolls I was notified through an auditor that I was not going about it properly. The problem is my company never told me how to get my money back for tolls, EVER. And when they finally did it was too late. I have several documents proving I went through tolls on their time.
