They stop taking payments out of my account and April I just got a phone call on Friday stating that I was behind on my payment but my credit report stated that it was 100 percent paid off now she's threatening to come and get my vehicle and being very nasty and disrespectful will not give me her name or let me talk to a supervisor every time I called that the number she's the only one to answer and tells me she's the only one that's working but how can you take money from someone if your business is permanently closedReview from Alberta S

so i’ve recently been asking how many payments i have left back on 09/2021 it was only 1 left 12/2021 it jumped up to 4 left the. 01/2022 she said its 1 more ive checked my credit to see all my loans it said that people commerce loan was finish back on 8/2021 so how are they still taking payments off my card why havent i received a car title nothing i noticed it says permanently closed at the ridge pike one and nobody is answering at the drive here on essington ave ive been paying on this car since 09/2018Review from Tiffany C

WORST " BUSINESS" EVER!!!!!!!!!!! They are rude and ridiculous I've had my car now for almost 3years now coming close to my lease term ending. I've tried to reach them lately but wasn't getting no response something told me to google their information now it's saying they are now PERMITTLY CLOSED!!! But as I look into my bank account they are still trying to take my money unauthorized payments and I don't understand what in the he// is going on!!! I wouldn't even give these people no kind of rating -100 stars!!!!Review from Nikki T.

This is the worst company I have ever experienced. Apparently there is only one supervisor Tia. When you call she will pick up when you ask a question she hangs up. I proceeded to call back 3 times and it goes right to voice mail. They have not reported any payments to the credit bureau since August of 2021 and no one can give me an answer as to why. They keep transferring you to numbers nobody picks up. You leave voice mails and don't get a call back. They told me they can provide me with a 12 month payment statement. How this is possible I don't know. I would not recommend this place to not even satan himself. They don't help you and are rude. It's very frustrating.
