THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY. THIS IS A LONG, DETAILED REVIEW, BUT JUST READ THE OTHER 1 STARS IF MINE IS TOO MUCH LOL I truly wish I had read the reviews before I went here. I called in the beginning of March for an appointment to get my wisdom teeth removed, so they scheduled a consultation, which is normal, so l went on March 12th. At the consultation, they did a FULL x-ray, knew what insurance I have (which covers my wisdom teeth, knew what shape my teeth were in, etc. They told me I needed to get a deep, gum cleaning BEFORE my wisdom teeth, which my insurance would not cover. It was $2,600 out of pocket for all four quadrants. I paid that and we scheduled 3 separate appointments for 2 quadrants each and then my wisdom teeth; the first on March 25th, the second on April 8th, and then the wisdom teeth on April 16th. At the March 25th appointment, they decided to do all 4 quadrants that day. So we canceled my April 8th appointment, but they still wanted to set another appointment on April 2nd (a week later) for another, lighter cleaning and to check on my gums. While at the second appointment, the hygienist was almost insulated that I didn't need any other work done. After my appointment, they told me what time to be there for my wisdom teeth. About an hour after I left the office, they called me and told me the dentist did not want to do my wisdom teeth and refused to give me any more information than that. The fact that they had my x-rays for almost a month and decided after all of that money went into a procedure I'm starting to think I didn't even need, should tell anyone anything they need to know about what kind of people run this office.
