      I purchased a 60 in pro grande thermador range from them in 2020. Began having issues with it in september 2024 and was without my range for 6 weeks. It worked for a month then I began having an issue the day before Thanksgiving and it's been down for over a month. It was down over Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years and has yet to be fixed. They have been back 3 times and it's still not working. My next appointment is January 14. I do have an extended warranty through them, that they have full control over, so they could exchange or replace this unit at anytime. They don't seem to care that I have been without a high end, major appliance for over 2 months... I have spoken with numerous people on their service team, one even told me that if they only sold appliances that the manufacturer stood behind, they wouldn't sell anything. Not what I want to hear from a company who states they are family owned and are the place to shop for the best kitchen appliances. Next time I'm going to a big box store instead, they stand behind what they sell.

      Absolute nightmare of an experience, long story short - they canceled my appt without telling me and it took me three days of calls to finally get an answer. Avoid these people at all costs!

      We received a call on 1-3 to schedule the service call.We scheduled the call for 1-17-2024 and did find the wires chewed. We could not fix the unit because of the damage caused.

      Absolutely awful to deal with. Choose anyone else but Dons. I will never work either these lazy people again. They take your money and make you wait.

      A ********************** was delivered on 5/9 2023, and paid in full. The issue was the handle on the grill was too long and needed ordered. Don's Appliances is a sales and service company. We do not manufacture parts or appliances. We have been in contact with ******** and have escalated to the top. We want to get this resolved ASAP.

      Gave them money to come out and measure for a range hood. They never solved the problem. Called twice and **** never returned the call.

      I bought a washer, dryer $ refrigerator from Dons appliance. Salesman was great. ************** was delivered & installed & at the end I was asked questions to double check that everything was hooked up with hoses that I purchased extra & were all on & waterline on the steam heat for the dryer, etc. was also installed and he said yes everythings installed. Installer was in a hurry to shut me up & have me sign the papers. I believed them as said everything was installed. Also the door is switchable to open in different directions & asked to switch them, but they said I would have to call service to have the door switched. So my dryer opens towards the wall which the dryer is up against the wall. So I called to ask for a service man to come switch the door & if the installation department does it it would be $60 approximately & they couldnt give me an exact price. they said it wouldnt be until 4 to 5 weeks. If the service department ordered it, it would be more money. The woman that answered the phone was very nice at first but when I was upset that they wanted to charge me $60 for this while I asked for them to do it while they were there, she just wanted to hurry up and get me off the phone. The guys that also came and installed it left a mess in the driveway coming up to my individual driveway with pieces of paper, styrofoam etc., nor put the old washer and dryer outside where we wanted to have it setting. Also the flu to the dryer was pushed up against a clamp on the gas line when they pushed the dryer in place and leveled it so they had to come back also to put a new flue pipe in. The second set of guys that came out to fix everything were nice $ did everything fine except the two would not change the door. They said thats the service ***** so I have to call to order someone to come out to do that. I should have looked at the reviews & would not have shopped there. I spent a lot of money there and they could care less!

      We apologize for the issues and communication.We do charge for the dryer door to be reversed and not sure why we said 5-6 weeks as usually can be done within a few days. We did not charge for the steam hose or vent when we came to finish and check the install. We have talked to all crews to make sure they leave the sites as clean as they found them. We will work to make sure we have better and quicker communication in the future as this is not the service we work hard to provide.

      Salesman was helpful. Delivered fine. ** refrigerator quit working a little over 1 year later. They would service it in 6 weeks!!!! Made me pay for service up front. Even though the person who answered phone agreed it was the compressor under warranty. I bought a new refrigerator elsewhere. ** did come replace the compressor in 30 days. When I called to get future service cancelled and deposit refunded lady was not nice . Mean.

      We do charge for a call out fee anytime we take a service call after the full manufactures warranty. We are out on service and working to get out sooner to repair. I am sorry that you felt the *** was mean and we will work with out team.

      Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. Service man came out to repair my 6 month old $3K oven. On the 1st day service guy lied to me to say I can get replacement. 2nd time he came out to "fix" the stove he canceled the appointment without telling **. 3rd time he spent 15 minutes on the stove and said it was "fixed" but the temperature won't go over 210. The 4th time he canceled once again. Waiting for the 5th attempt. Not holding my breath l.

      My customer experience with Don's Appliances has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a business. I bought a fridge from them that was not working properly 24 hours after I received it. I contacted probably a total of 10 people to try and get somebody to help me get a replacement. After no such luck, I resorted to posting a negative google review, which did get the owners attention. They sent a repair guy out who told me I needed a new part, which they had to to order. I was not about to repair a new fridge and told the repair guy as much. The fridge would stop working all together shortly after the repair guy left. Again, I was stuck with a non-working fridge and nobody to help me. I eventually was able to get a second repair guy out to look at why the fridge stopped working all together, and again I needed a new part, which again, had to be ordered. I decided to go into the the Baum location in Pittsburgh and speak to the sales associate who sold me the fridge face to face and demand a new fridge. She was able to get the fridge removed 2 days later and replaced with a new fridge. However, the new fridge is experiencing the same problems as the first fridge. Repeated calls to the managers I have contact with are not being returned and I am now stuck with another faulty fridge. I am prepared to reverse the charge on my credit card with them and also plan on going to the news to describe this horrible experience I have had with them.

      Don's Appliances is a sales and service company. We do not manufacture appliances and according to Federal Law the buyer shall give the seller an opportunity to make necessary repairs to the merchandise. Replacement will only be allowed under the terms of the manufactures warranty.We understand the frustration and actually exchanged the first refrigerator through ****** We will refund the customer in full and pick the unit up.The time lag can be frustrating but under normal warranty this is a Whirlpool issue.

      Very bad customer service , from mat earfley , received damaged products , dents , microwave that did not work , was sold handles for stove , for ****** that they never delivered the refrigerator, and will not take back the handles , had to buy different brand , repair man installed, a new dishwasher, it has a dent in it. Waited a year ,still dont have new undamaged dishwasher
