      Horrible everything. Every room Ive stayed in the air conditioners never work, theres garbage all over the property, dog poo everywhere, the cleaning lady and laundry lady barely ever have everything they need to do their jobs. The front desk staff will tell you that after 30 days that theyll reduce the rate & for a few weeks they do but it gradually goes back up again especially if you dont do what they want or pay an outrageous amount they say you owe. Even though you know that you go into that office every single day with the money to cover the night and some for the next day. The front desk manager and the 2 front desk clerks are rude & condescending. *** worked in the hospitality industry long enough to know that the customer is always right to an extent. Theyll call you a liar to your face and argue with you even if the proof that theyre wrong is smacking them in their face. Theres drug activity going on all hours of the day, prostitution going on and one of their staff is a big time crackhead. Ive seen it with my own two eyes. He tells everyone that hes the owner but I was told hes either a partial owner or general manager of a few red roof hotels. His name is ****. Theres MANY health and safety issues that are extremely concerning. The balcony on the 2nd building is starting to fall forward & both sets of steps on the same building have some major structural issues. Please help save the people who could potentially lose their lives because of their negligence. Thank you!

      Horrible everything. Every room Ive stayed in the air conditioners never work, theres garbage all over the property, dog poo everywhere, the cleaning lady and laundry lady barely ever have everything they need to do their jobs. ** If there is a problem with the ** we have staff on hand to fix or offer another room. Our staff does daily cleaning around the property to ensure that things are well kept and being a pet friendly establishment, it is clearly posted and explained to guests with pets that they need to clean up after their pets. It does happen and we do clean up after guests when clearing and cleaning the trash on the grounds. Our staff is provided all they need to do their job, What supplies we have is monitored and inventoried to ensure staff has proper materials they need to do their job. The front desk staff will tell you that after 30 days that theyll reduce the rate & for a few weeks they do but it gradually goes back up again especially if you dont do what they want or pay an outrageous amount they say you owe. Even though you know that you go into that office every single day with the money to cover the night and some for the next day. **The policy for this - after staying 30 consecutive nights, taxes are no longer required to be collected. This would mean that you would have to stay checked in on the same folio for the duration. Rates vary from day to day as well, weekends are higher due to the demand for the rooms. The front desk manager and the 2 front desk clerks are rude & condescending. *** worked in the hospitality industry long enough to know that the customer is always right to an extent. Theyll call you a liar to your face and argue with you even if the proof that theyre wrong is smacking them in their face. ** Our Front Desk staff has been trained to handle each situation with dignity and professionalism. To say that they are rude and condescending is hard to take in, but if that is how they felt, all we can do is assure that the management staff will look into this matter and remind each and every staff member how guests are to be treated. With that being said, if a guest is trying to be slick or work the system they will not tolerate such and expose them doing such. But there is little detail to this comment only a very generalized comment and if this was the normal we would have had multiple complaints regarding and none have been made. His name is ****. ** There is no drug activity, prostitution going on within this Inn. If there are any signs of this it's immediately addressed and handled by staff. This is unacceptable behavior for our guests and we are clear that this is not allowed. ** This is a very slanderous remark made about one of our staff, to call them out by name and make assumptions is wrong. Your personal feelings are clouding this complaint. Theres MANY health and safety issues that are extremely concerning. Thank you!** The property was just inspected and everything passes all the inspections, again making false remarks and comments is wrong. ** The report did list the email address and my only question is --- IF everything is so terrible and horrible and just down right bad, to the point of "saving people's lives".... why do you continue to stay? From April till now even today? These are false accusations, slanderous, and falsely giving out information. As a business we strive to work hard and make a comfortable place for people to stay. It must not be that horrible because if it was the logical thing is to leave, not continue to stay.
