      I was going for tattoo laser removal and was told to come in every 4 weeks. I later found that is incorrect and was not enough time for my skin to heal. The tattoo is still extremely visible and scarred after 7 treatments and I spent hundreds of dollars. I also had surgical scar removal and their treatment did nothing and made the areas even worse. This company completely damaged my skin.

      March 15, 2024, I went to the Cranberry Body Beautiful Med Spa for Botox injections. I was told that I would get the old rate of 12.00 per unit. I asked for Dysport since it is usually cheaper (4.00) and was told “no” by Diane, and that I should get Botox. On March 19, 2024, I called in to speak with my injector because I felt that a week into the injections the Botox was not setting up as much as it should, because my face was starting to distort, and I have a large bruise under my right eye. Body Beautiful is known in the local area for watering down the Botox injections, so that they dissolve quicker, and the customer must come in more often, creating a stronger revenue stream for the company. Ethical and Corporate Irresponsibility. I was treated VERY poorly by Mark, the manager when I called in to get additional injections and to correct these issues. He has now blocked and and is refusing treatment for my condtions.

      On 10-16-2023 I had an appointment at this business to get fillers injected in to my face. I do not remember the names of the two women present. When I arrived, I sat and spoke with the first woman, older than the other who injected the filler, and we made small talk. The other woman came in and told me there was a five-year filler for more money, which I opted for. NO CONSULTATION, just small talk. I had fillers previously, it was a year prior, so I knew what to expect. Before the injections, she took a few "before" photos. When she was done, she said there was a difference. There was not. I knew the results were immediate as I had this done before. Then she said it took 3-6 months to really show results. That set off alarm bells. Today is Saturday, 10-21, and I look as if I have had nothing done. I got no receipt. I trusted them. I paid $1600 in cash that I borrowed to get this done, and put $300 more for the balance including a $48 tip. I was told 2 vials of filler totalled $1449, they took $1900 and when I questioned the manager via text, he said I had a consultation and that I paid $1548. I was not thinking to add the two vials in my head plus tip which should have totaled $1497. Not only was I taken for my money, the procedure showed zero results.

      On April 13th I went to Body Beautiful spa in Bethel Park PA for Dysport injections. I received the injections and several days later I noticed that my right eyelid and eyebrow were starting to droop and sag. I called them and they had me schedule another appointment to see about correcting this. They scheduled me for Thursday May 11th, nearly a month away. The drooping continued to get worse so I called back and had them move the appointment up to Friday April 28th. I went to this appointment and got a few more injections that were meant to lift my eyebrow. After a few days, there was no improvement so I called back and was transferred to a man whose name I did not get. He asked me to send several pictures using different expressions, and I did. I then sent him a photo of how I looked before the procedure. He asked that I go back yet again to the office to pick up eye drops that should raise the eyelid, so I did. The drops did not work, on the Upneeq website, (the name of the drops) it says that it wont work if a drooping eyebrow is causing the eyelid to be lowered. The person I was contacting through text kept assuring me that the eye would even out. At this point it had been a month and I look like I've had a stroke. I sent more photos and kept being told to give it more time. I asked for a refund and was told that management would be in on the following Monday. On Monday i again contacted them and was told that they couldn' t help me because they were too busy that I would be contacted today. A gentleman called me while I was driving and said that he thought my eye looked fine and there was no reason for a refund. I told him I was flabbergasted that he could lie about this and he then told me that the picture that I had sent him fas a before picture had to have been taken years ago because I certainly didn't look like that now. The picture was taken several months ago and I sent him another photo taken the day after the procedure before the Dysport had time to take effect. I again requested a refund and they said no, offering more shots of a credit toward future services

      Bad Business Practice Went in for a consultation that was free of charge was told after consultation that I owe 249 dollars for a service that was not mentioned to me prior to coming this was my first time at this location and was my last never been to a med spa before went to get a overall decision and for me to have an idea for future reference just in case I ever wanted to seek treatment in the future wasn't aware of my card being charged a month later for a service that I never had was not told or made aware of what I was going to be expecting prior to that day I believe that this was wrong and not good customer service and the situation wasn't handled professionally
