One December 8, 2020 I paid "The Groutsmith of Pittsburgh" $775 to repair and clean my shower grout. They came, did a great job, I paid them, they left. I clean my shower with NO bleach products as instructed. In June, just a few months later, the grout started to turn gray and now it is black in some areas. I have been trying to contact the company for 2 months and no one will answer the phone when I call or return my messages. I have sent photos too. I had a contractor come to the house and he told me that the grout was not sealed properly and the areas can easily be repaired. I would like "The Groutsmith of Pittsburgh" to repair the areas that weren't sealed at no cost as soon as possible or give me my money back. My shower looks worse now then before they came.
