After being a repeat customer, I expected the same level of service. Much to my surprise, it was far from that. Received a quote for the very small job from Zach. He had indicated they would come out within two weeks. I followed up after 2 weeks to inquire when they would arrive, he told me another 5-6 weeks (after indicating he didn't recognize my email, which was included on the quote). He contacted me that he made an error and indicatd the team would arrive late the next day or early the following. The didn't show up at eithe of these times. I contacted Zach, leaving voice mail messages asking where they were. He eventually contacted me that he didn't know and he was busy but said the would be out. The team showed up at 4;30 pm on 10/5/21 on the day they were to arrive early am.. They raced through the job. The cut the downspouts oneven and they hung out a long ways from the edging. I asked they fix that, they did. For such a small job, they left behind a large amount of sharp objects, for me to sadly clean up - in the areas we walk, our dogs walk and also on the pubic sidewalk. I asked for a refund since I paid for clean up... and got zero reply. Unprofessional and poor follow-up and the work itself was subpar. This time, you guys didn't deliver.
