              I am having an issue with Perico returning heap money to New York State. I have been in contact with Perico several times since the middle of October 2022 and this is now the middle of December and I still have no received my refund. I spoke with a supervisor yesterday on 12/12/22 and explained my situation and she said she would call me back in 15 minutes and never called back. My family is not freezing and trying to stay warm because Perico refuses to send the refund back and the state will not help us with heat without the refund. I’m afraid that one of my family members are going to get seriously sick due to no heat because of Perico negligence and then I’m going to have to follow up with an attorney and possibly sue. I’m simply asking them to return my heap money so I can get heat for my family since I no longer use propane.
