      In 2017 we had a central air conditioning unit installed by Lytle's. I have had issues with condensation at the vent sites where it stained my ceiling. He stated that could happen. He did not come to the house to assess the situation. I recently had to have the unit serviced because the drain tube came loose and water was dripping inside my wall which ruined the drywall in the living room and the ceiling of the basement. I attempted to get in contact with them and I could not find a working number. Their invoice did not have any contact information on it either. I had to contact another heating and air conditioning company after hours to come look at it and they told me that the unit in my attic was not installed properly and the drain pipe was also not pitched properly. The company stated that it never should have come lose. They also did not install the intake properly in the hallway ceiling and you can see through to the attic. The company stated that it may not circulate air properly and if that happens then I will need to have it fixed. At the time Lytle's installed it, I did not like how it appeared cosmetically but I figured I could patch the ceiling myself to make it look better. Now I am looking at paying someone additional money to fix what they did not do properly.

      I paid Wade L****** $3500.00 for a new heating and air conditioning unit in my home. The system hasn’t worked properly since he installed it. He’s been back so many times to try and repair it to no avail. He’s discovered that the outside unit is defective and said he will be back to install a new. He cried covid in February and now he’s blocked us from calling. We’ve called left voice messages text messages emailed with no response back. This con never gave us a receipt after requesting one several times.
