      Hawkins service department is the worst I've ever experienced. They worked on my 2013 ***** ****. Everything the tried to fix wasn't even broken. They were just calling GM and shooting a parts cannon at my car trying to fix it. After 2 months and $1400 later, my car still doesn't run. The next part they wanted to do was going to cost $1700 for the part and labor. That also would just be a guess and might not fix it they told me. What really makes them the worst service department I've ever seen is not being able to put the car back together after asking them to do so 3 times. First time they Matt said it was done and the exhaust was hanging on the ground and ecm exhaust sheild was in the seat. I told them and the next day they said it was done again. When I got the car back to my house I discovered the ecm exhaust sheild was gone, coolant fluid for battery was drained, exhaust not fully put together with gasket for it thrown in the car, and it was making a clicking noise when plugged in. I told Matt again and they took it back to fix the issues. For the third time they said it was done. I went to the lot the look before they sent it back to me. The ecm exhaust sheild is still no where to be found, back 12v access was still torn apart. They sent the car back without saying anything further and ecm exhaust sheild is not with the car, a bolt that holds the main battery is barley threaded, ground wires underneath not attached, and wire mesh on the exhaust is damaged from them pushing the car around with a exhaust hanging. I feel I should have the car looked at to make sure there's nothing else they didn't put back together and for a second opinion. At this point though I can't trust Hawkins to do the right thing anymore. Also in their bill the put (may have been a bad call) this is for the becm which took a month and a half to get and $1100 roughly in parts and labor. Waste of time and money.
