My mother passed on Dec. 5, 2020. I met with Greg S***** of 1843 Memorials in my home on Dec. 10, 2020. I ordered a headstone for my mother's grave in *** *******'s Cemetary in Conshohocken, PA. I paid via check $3815 to Greg that day. Greg said the headstone would be installed by March/April 2021. However, despite multiple status reachouts by me to Greg, he did not respond until approx. June 2021 where he made excuses for the delay, then again in Sept. 2021 with a letter of more excuses. I sent a letter to him dated Dec. 22, 2021, threatening legal action. Thereafter, on Dec. 25, 2021, Greg emailed me with a picture of the installed blank headstone, noting that the engraving would be done on-site by Jan. 12, 2022. On that day, I emailed requesting of engraving completion. On Jan. 14, 2022, Greg responded saying that the engraving of all but the Celtic cross was complete, and that would be done in the "coming weeks". On Jan. 15, 2022, I went to the cemetery and found that the engraving was on the wrong side of the headstone. On Jan. 18, 2022, I emailed Greg to inform him that not only was the engraving on the wrong side, that the engraving was too large as space was needed for both my parents names to appear on the same side of the headstone after my father's future passing. As of today, March 10, 2022, there has been no response despite several follow up emails to Greg.

On March 31, 2021, a salesman from **** ********* Memorials came to my home and sold me a foot marker for my husband's grave. He had passed away on May 17, 2020. I paid $1646.00 by check to the company. I was promised delivery by late July or August. It is now October 31 and I have not heard from this company although I have called many times. Because of Covid, the salesman had a mask on the entire time. I was in mourning for my husband and was taken advantage of by this company. I would be very appreciative if you can help me with this serious problem. Thank you.
