In September 2022 I purchased a bronze statue And a pocket watch from Fontaine’s Auction house in Massachusetts. They had about 5 shippers listed. I selected -Don Hill-Antiques the safe way (AKA Don Hill Transportation Solutions). He readily agreed to pick up and ship the item. He stated he picked the items up and wrapped them well. But he has never shipped them. There were continual excuses why he couldn’t ship them yet such as his truck broke down also his wife was in the hospital, etc. Now it is 6 months later and he is not responding to my emails. It appears he is keeping the items (worth $2500) for his personal gain. Later I saw BBB listed him poorly once while his business was in Colorado, and now while his business is is Pennsylvania. I contacted him while his business was in Massachusetts. I have documentation of paying him through paypal $328.00 which was his Quoted shipping fee. I am wanting these items to be sent to me.Initial Complaint

It has been since May 20, 2021 ….that is 441 days … an astounding 1 year and 76 days !!!….since I first contacted “Don Hill Delivery Solutions” about picking up an antique screen … Don Hill Delivery Solutions picked up the screen on February 14, 2022 As of the filing of this complaint, Don Hill Delivery Solutions has had this screen in his possession for 171 days !!! Don Hill Delivery Solutions told me on February 23, 2022 that I should “Rest assured -(my delivery of the screen) will be during the month of March.” Since it became apparent that Don Hill Delivery Solutions cannot or chooses not to deliver my screen ; I asked him on May 31, 2022 : “How can I arrange to have someone pick up my screen from you ?” Don Hill Delivery Solutions 100% ignored me …and has NEVER answered that request ! On June 5 , 2022 , I asked Don Hill Delivery Solutions “ What do you propose as a solution to the regrettable situation we find ourselves in on this screen ?” Don Hill Delivery Solutions 100% ignored me …and has NEVER answered that request ! On June 7 , 2022 …I asked : “Please tell me an address where I can arrange for another delivery company pick up the screen ?” Don Hill Delivery Solutions 100% ignored me …and has NEVER answered that request ! I ask for either a delivery very soon Or Don Hill Delivery Solutions helps me to arrange for another delivery person to pick up the screen from him Otherwise I will seek legal remedy (and damages )
