I had my wedding block booked at the Microtel. The hotel repeatedly did not have the correct reservations or dates listed. The owner was calling members of the bridal party an hour before the ceremony to resolve issues that should have been taken care of days in advance. The night of the night manager verbally abused my father and I and called the cops on us as he was telling us that we were too loud. After this the cop told us that he has had many problems with the night manager and that he was incompetent. The next morning my grandmother received a call from another guest at the hotel because the owner of the hotel gave her phone number (private info) out to that guest. The hotel also double charged my sister in law and refused to refund her the money. Staff showed extreme unprofessionalism. I have attempted to contact their corporate to file a complaint but nobody will respond and nobody will respond about the refund for the double charge.Business response
