            Bought a wallet. Sent numerous emails to exchange and NO RESPONSE. I just recruit and well within my time to exchange but nobody returns emails and there is no phone number.

            Website states most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Then it also states “United States Shipping 7-14 business days”. Then there is an asterisk after the 7-14 days with a footnote that states these are only estimates and aren’t guaranteed. I placed an order on 10/6, received an email that supposedly was supposed to show “tracking” of the item and when you click the link it just states “in transit” but does not let you know where you item is…. And when you email customer service, each time you receive the same email that states “you should receive your item in 4-7 business days”. Received that email last week and then received it again this week. Hopefully I’ll receive my item before the end of the year. Not holding my breath.
