      I made a purchase for several items on an on-line clothing website. I only received a confirmation of the order with no order number to reference. The items arrived much later than advertised on the website. I need to return items and I reached out to notify the company and process a return request. I did not receive any communication from them regarding authorization and return address which was outlined in the receipt and states authorization and address will be sent via email within 48 hours. Now I'm stuck with product I do not want and charges for those items.

      I ordered clothing from Annie Cloth and I need to return them however I’m not getting a response from them on how to return my items they said they would get back to me within 48 hours but I have yet to hear anything and I fear I will not get. My money back from them if I don’t hear anything from them so I’m stuck with a purchase that I don’t want I have tried everyday since the package arrived to contact them since 2/13 please help this is very frustrating Thank you

      I bought clothes off this site, they took the money out of my bank account, it's been over a week and no confirmation email nothing. I've reached out twice to them since and no response.

      I ordered an item (along with several others) but never received one of the items. The actual quality of items that I did received were very poor, and their return policy is a costly and complicated nightmare. Also, the term on a slow boat from China does actually apply to them. They finally did put a credit for the 1 item in my account the other day, but then removed it the next day! They are very dishonest and deceptive in their business practices. I would like to be credited for the one item I never received.

      To Whom It May Concern:  I purchased three blouses and on May 28, 2021, $69.00 was taken out of my bank account at ******* ********************* The package arrived within two weeks. I returned the product on Friday, June 4, 2021 because I did not like them. The advertisement looked a lot better then the product that I received. I sent their product back to the address that sent it. My tracking # ******************, I reached out to the company about my refund and they refuse to return my funds because they said that I did not contact them to get a mailing label, which would have sent the item to another address for return. I asked them if they would research the tracking label and look for the return and they said "If we did not send you a mailing label, then you will not be able to get a refund return." I am reaching out to your organization for help because it is the principle behind this matter that disturbs me. I returned their item and I am entitled a refund.
