I ordered one time from Aspen Jewelers. I received the merchandise. For the past four months, I have been charged a recurring fee on my credit card totaling about $88.00. I have had my credit card changed and contacted the company to cease these charges. Please help me seek a refund. This company seems to be scamming their customers, as I have seen other complaints. I purchased some jewelry from Aspen Jewelers in October 2022. It came, no problems. Then I got an email saying that I would be charged every month for a subscription. I emailed them right away and asked to be removed. I got an email saying I was removed from this subscription. However I have been charged monthly, at varying amounts. There is no phone number to contact the company, and emails are responded with a form letter and no resolution. In total I have been charged 121.21 for a subscription that I did not ask to join, and did ask to be canceled, and for an order that I did not place.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase some time ago and just discovered I am being charged a reoccurring fee. I have done some research on this company and it seems they are doing this to every one. I don't have an exact date of purchase, I believe it to be around 10/22. I am being charged $16.95 for around 3 months. 3/14/23, 11/21/22 and 10/22/22. the dates are even odd. I would really like this to stop and have contacted them thru ******** and email. Their phone always rings busy.Initial Complaint

Aspen Jewelers posts on ******** that they are having a going out of business sale. I found two items that cost 15.85 total. They charged my card on December 18, 2022. They then sent me a bogus tracking number and when I contacted them they told me it would be updated again soon and that I needed to wait. Now I am receiving emails stating that my billing will begin soon for some community that I supposedly agreed to join. I am going to have to work with my bank to block them from all future transactions. I may have been a little naive, but this is a major overreach.Initial Complaint

I believe this company is scamming people. They sell jewelry and other products that looks nothing like the pictures. (Their disclaimer states each piece is hand made, which cannot be true.). The products a poorly constructed and not at all what they portray. Ive emailed them multiple times asking for a refund to send back some of the products and I either receive no response or they dont answer the question of how to send back my items. My requests have been ignored until I threatened to contact my bank over this. I just dont want this to happen to other people. And I would like refunded for at least the wind chimes that are faulty. I will gladly share my email chain if an email address can be provided. Thank you for all your help.
