    The problem is this. On 8/16/2022 I was told in an email that my past due amount to be taken off a credit hold, and for lawn services to continue would need to be paid in the amount of $166.81. It was also confirmed with the owner of the company in that same email chain, that this was the amount that needed to be paid. This writer then went online, and not only paid the requested amount, but paid more then was asked. This writer paid a total of $169.42. I was then emailed back and advised "Thank you for the payment, this will take off the hold and we will be able to mow next week". Please mind you, my scheduled lawn service is on Monday's. I then got an email on 8/23/22 (Tuesday, the day after the lawn was to be cut) stating that they had screwed up the total amount owed in order for the lawn service to be cut. Since the 23rd, there have been a number of mails back and forth between this writer, Staff at the lawn place, and a person named November N******. In those emails, it seems that they are not honoring the originally stated promise on there end, and are blaming it on having a new employee that screwed up, and also blaming it on me, the customer for opting to pay the minimum balance due every time which they are not used to. I did reach out to them, and did ask them at least twice if they could honor what they said originally in the email on the 18th, but they have avoided that line of direct questioning. Furthermore, they want the remaining $127 paid before any service can be provided. This writer understands and is empathetic for what was outlined in the emails provided by the company. But the fact of the matter is...The Company said service would resume this week, if said amount got paid. this writer paid it, and did literally what they asked. Then almost 5 days later they call me, to tell me we need more money, and they did it after the set cut date as well.

    So unprofessional. Several weeks ago, my neighbors lawn service (Nicketts) crossed his fence, entered my PRIVATE PROPERTY, and proceeded to weed wack a newly planted garden under my pine trees. Some ateas 6 to 8 feet away from the fence line. My phone calls (3) as well as a certified letter addressed to the owner, have all gone unanswered. I explained I'm a senior and was only asking him to replant what his employee destroyed. These plants were just starting to surface, and they will not grow back. I am sure that is the first excuse he will offer, that is, if he even bothers to respond. It is so disheartening that there are businesses out there today that take no responsibility for their actions and don't even as much as offer an apology for destroying someone else's property and hard work. So very sad. I would definitely think twice about hiring this company to do any work for you. Totally irresponsible.
