      I almost want to make a complaint about the BBB. Why are they A+ rated? Went to Partsgeek.com, entered my year, make, and model. It asked what I was looking for and I typed I starter. It pulled up a starter and even a chart as to which models it fit...mine was on the chart so I ordered it. Big surprise it doesn't fit. I called customer service and the guy was downright rude. Told me I ordered the wrong part and that I should have called them first BEFORE ordering from the website to check if it was the right part. I then turned to the online customer service...that agent said the same thing! I even sent him screen shots showing what pulled up when I put in my year, make, and model, and a pic of the chart that shows the part fits my model. Still he contested it was my fault for ordering the wrong part. He could not give me the warehouse phone number in ************ nor could he give me *************************** office number. This is horrible!

      Ordered timing belt kit that includes water pump. After installation found water pump to be defective. P G refused to replace water pump and required all parts be returned. Buyers Beware. I'll never buy again or recommend.

Can You Send Me The Missing Piece?We do not offer hardware or have the ability to send missing pieces. If you are missing hardware from a part (e.g., missing gaskets, clamps, bolts, screws etc...) you can either return the entire part or purchase the hardware locally. If you are missing a crucial part to a kit, the entire kit must be returned. We cannot break up another kit to replace missing items. Again, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that we may have caused and for the delay in receiving a resolution from our establishment.

      They sent me the wrong part. Their advertisement on their website was miss leading which resulted in the wrong item being sent. When I contacted the customer service department the agent was rude and said they sent me email on how to return it but I would have to pay for the return shipping. If the error was 100% my fault then I would of agreed but, since it was not my fault it is unacceptable.I am disappointed at the lack of professionalism and concern the have for their customers. Once they got your money good luck on getting treated fair from them. If you like gambling, this is the website for you! You may or may not get what you ordered but be certain you will have to pay if they make a mistake. They are not worth the risk for me anymore.

      PartsGeek is a scam, they list product as "free shipping", then charge you, blocking your email from sending proper videos that can be viewed when emailed to others! PARTSGEEK = SCAM!

      Never received part ordered from this company. All they do is drop ship, many shipping delays, and when items is determined to be lost they give you the run around. After a month finally had to place a dispute so the credit card company to resolve.

      Was sold CATs as carb compliant when they are not. Because I'm past 30 days they won't take them back even though they mislead me when I purchased them.

      I ordered a power steering kit. I received the pump, but the rest of the kit did not come with it. I tried to contact them through their website and phone. The only thing they wanted me to do is return the pump. They were rude and very unhelpful. I dont need to return the pump, I just need them to send me the rest of the parts that go with it. I ordered many parts from them at the same time, but I will never go through this company again. They are so unprofessional.

      Awful company. They dont accept returns for any reason. For me to return an item i have to pay shipping which will cost about the same price as the part. If you read this and have something in your cart with them stop and dont waste your money.

      I should have read the review prior to ordering from Parts Geek. I order the wrong part and sent it back within the 30 days policy, never received conformation that the part was received. I called on 7/8 and was informed that the part was received on 7/2 and informed that I would receive a refund in the mail. I called back on 7/19 after never receiving the check, not to mention it was on my dime that I had to return the part and now being told that the refund was expedited. it is totally unacceptable that you can pay for a part in a matter of minutes but you have to take drastic measures to get a refund after they have received their part. I am filing a complaint with the BBB. This is so frustrating that people is able to get away with treating their customers with so must mistrust.
