    I debated making this post as we did buy the car sold as is but the more I think about it, the more I cant believe how a company who swore up and down about their reputation and customers, let us leave the dealer this disappointed. We bought a 2019 **** expedition from **** Beans exactly 6 months ago, on March 9th and by that Wednesday, March 13, the transmission went in the car. We contacted the dealer to see what they would do to help us as we had the car 4 days and drove 200 miles (the dealer is an hour & half from us). The owner, ****, made the comment you can bring us the car and we can see if we can help but I wont guarantee any financial assistance. **** and I, both agreed we would rather take the car to a trusted transmission dealer we have used before and told **** this. We accepted this.Within the past month, a rattle and issue with the car starting become present. We had a local shop diagnosis the job to ensure we were correct and the cam phasers are bad in the car. We contacted **** Beans once again and were told they would repair the vehicle with little to no cost to us as they want to make it right. We ONLY brought the car to them due that statement. They diagnosised the car and told us they would give us a whopping 10% off our $5,000 repair. 10% after stating little to no cost. They then offered to buy back the vehicle in the cleanest way possible. We owe $31k on the vehicle and they offered $23,300 and a new loan for a different vehicle - we fought back and were able to get $25,800 out of them. Our two options are pay $5,000 to fix the vehicle or rollover $5,000 to a new vehicle - the little to no cost and cleanest possible way out right down the drain after countless comments of we would love to make this right We picked the car up yesterday, unfixed and have found a reputable local shop to do the job for $1800 less than what this dealership was willingly to do at a discounted price. I do not suggest this dealer.
