Date of transaction 9-2-2022. This started yesterday, I, ******* ******** went to Fred beans ford in Doylestown to lease my wife a 2022 ford **********. I had a trade in with some equity a 2021 ****** ****** that I owed $31,000. I spoke to Tony the sales manager he offered me $44k I told him no. he said I can do couple more thousand but that's it. so today I called the saleswoman named Sally F**** told her I would take the $46k and use some of the equity from the ****** ****** for the $4,850.00 down payment for the 2-year lease of a ford ********. She said OK you and your wife come in to do the deal. My wife and I came in she had her credit ran all good they requested a $4,850.00 check from her for the down payment of the 2-year lease for the ford ********. everything agreed my wife wrote the check for $4,850.00 signed finance papers we are waiting for the car, and I said were the check for the equity balance that should be around $15,000 in equity. I told them I just gave you a personal check for the $4,850.00 for the deposit that included the first month's payment. At no time did they give me anything applying the $15,000 in equity to anything. They tried to steal and hide the equity from the ****** ******. I told them there is no way I am giving you $15,000 in equity and a check for $4,850.00 total $19,850.00 for a 2-year lease with payments at $341.00 I looked over the paperwork at no time and know where they applied the $15k in equity to anything Knor was it mentioned or in any writing. The dealership tried to steal the money. They were supposed to pay off the ****** ****** which was $31k owed to the **** ** ******* lien holder then give me the balance of the agreed $46k on their paperwork they moved numbers around changing monthly fees the amount we agreed on etc. They tried to con/trick me into giving them a $70k ****** ****** and not giving me the agreed balance of the $46k. from the $31k owed on the ******. This was a theft or deceit or con to steal.
