Went to Thompson ****** for a routine oil change and inspection (bought my car from them) noticed my carpet was damp on passenger side. They quotes me $1200 to do the work, I went through my insurance, and they agreed to do the work, then told me my insurance company washed their hands of the situation. Upon talking to my claims person, this was not the case. I decided to not deal with them for this because they held my car for ten days with no communication. When they returned my car, there was a pool of water on the drivers side back seat. My nursing books, seat, floor were all wet. They told me theyd detail my car, I went back waiter 3 hours and they returned my car undetailed, and told me they did the floors of the side that had the window open. Meanwhile the dirt stains etc from leaving my car wet and in the humidity for three days before I could pick it up, still remained. Still no solution from them. They did fix the drain clog, but who knows if that actually happened. I paid $347 total for the clog, oil change, and inspection.Business response
