The project was never completed and the work that was done is falling apart. Hired them in the Fall and after numerous attempts to contact him with no response. The only time he showed up at the start of the job was to pick up check. Never saw or spoke to him again. The workers came a few hours a week and told us he will be there,never showed.,Initial Complaint

We paid George P****** approximately 10 thousand to construct a retaining wall for us; he was a separate contractor. The wall separated several months ago and we noticed it when we opened our pool. We immediately contacted him. He promised to come out and look at it and repair it. It took him two months to come out and he agreed to repair it but has never shown up. I have numerous texts and calls placed to him and am worried it is a safety issue.Initial Complaint

I hired this company to pave my driveway. The total cost was $4500. I was promised a two-year warranty that was never provided in writing in my final paid invoice. At the conclusion of the work there were indentations in the asphalt from the machinery used by the contractor. In addition, the surface was rough, rather than smooth as should be expected after a new paving. In one particular problem area the surface was lacking adequate asphalt and water has begun to pool after it rains. The work was completed in mid-August. Mr. P***** promised to return within a few weeks to complete. Despite my numerous emails and messages, he is a no-show to make the repairs as promised.Business response

I spoke with ***** the day I got your letter in the mail. I have corrected the problems, as well as his 2yr year warranty in writing.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Mr. P**** has put a two year warranty in writing and has advised me that he will make all necessary repairs in the Spring once the weather warms up. Based on Mr. P****'s representation of doing the work in Spring 2022, presumably in April, the matter is conditionally resolved.
