I would give them a 0 if I could. I hired them in May, 2021 to do some SEO work for me, including monitoring the analytics to see if anything needed to be tweaked. Throughout the process, all I heard was complaining about the website development company, who complied with all their requests. In September, I inquired about analytics and they informed me that the website developer doesn’t use the same analytics they use. They said “they never connected your website to your Google account, so there’s nothing for us to look at”. When I questioned why it took them 4 months to figure this out so they could have informed me earlier, they sent back a defensive email saying they had data and basically my “organic traffic” increased. I asked them in October to please give me an overview and explain all of this in lay terms and they said they would get back to me. I contacted them again on October 12 only to be told there was a death in the family and they would get back to me “in a few days”. Here it is the end of November and not surprisingly, I’ve heard absolutely nothing. I complained to the original website who recommended them and they said “Oh no, we fired them several months ago, we’re so sorry we didn’t remove all traces of them from our website.” There is an internet forum, where 2 others who used them said the same thing—they are awful to work with and don’t follow through. So I’m out $2,240.00 for absolutely no information on how their services affected traffic. The proposal included the claim “C_r_e_a_t_e_s_ _a_ _l_o_g_ _o_f_ _a_l_l_ _a_c_t_i_v_i_t_y_ _o_n_ _t_h_e_ _s_i_t_e_,_ _s_o_ _b_o_t_h_ _y_o_u_ _a_n_d_ _y_o_u_r_ _d_e_v_e_l_o_p_e_r_ _c_a_n_ _s_e_e_ _w_h_a_t_ _w_e_’v_e_ _d_o_n_e_.” Well, here we are 6 months later and I still haven’t received one piece of data. For all I know, they didn’t do anything except take my money.

Michael J. F****** from Counselors Concierge scammed me out of thousands of dollars. After 2 years of not completing a contract for a new website design and stringing my content writer along. I made a report with BBB in which Counselors Concierge never responded. I found him in a Facebook group for therapists.
