My fiance and I went to price shop for suits at different businesses. When we went to Sagets in ************, ** (as there are 2 different locations), the woman who ran this store gave us information about the suit purchase. She stated multiple times that buying a suit would be a little less than $300 to purchase. She stated that renting from them was over $700. We asked her why it was so high to rent and she said "we encourage people to buy". During our first visit, we asked her over 4 times to make sure the rental price was $700 and the suit purchase price was around $300 and she said confirmed we were correct each time. Our groomsman later went with us on 2 separate occasions and 1 called to get their suits, and she also told them all that they were buying their suits and never corrected anyone when talking about buying them. The groomsman who called was told he was buying as well and we did not have a chance to even tell him yet as he was a last minute addition.We inquired about a rental agreement in a phone call, as we did not recall signing anything stating that the suits were rentals, but one was not provided. This is very unprofessional and we are asking that the suits are returned, as we should not have been told we had to return them due to the lack of any agreement. Throughout this process we asked about second fittings for alternations but the woman who worked with us assurance each of the 3 visits that we were purchasing. Her last responses when I told her that she mislead us greatly was "well if you went anywhere else, you wouldn't have been able to match each other as well" and "Oh, I said that? Well even if I did, they are rentals and need to be returned Monday or we will charge you $40 per day for each day they are late". Due to this, we are looking for the suits to be returned or to get full reimbursement for them all, as we were left with a huge **** and no suits due to purposeful lying. We would not have gone here and made that clear beforehand
