February 2022, we purchased a service agreement with Energy Technologies, which included a emergency services and a fall service on our heating system. This service agreement 02/01/2022 to 12/31/2022.The total service agreement charge was $435.00 for 1 year. They never provided notice to their customers. The fall service tune-up was to occur in November, 2022. On Wednesday, November 09, 2022, I called to check on the schedule only to find that Energy Technologies sold the residential services part of the company to ********************, Dallas Pa. Upon speaking with them, I was told that they did not service for Oil furnaces and that they would have to find someone to provide service for us. Energy Technologies sold the residential services side of the company in May, 2022. I would like a refund of $435.00, since they cannot honor their agreement. I can provide this receipt at a later date.Customer response

Thank you for contacting me regarding complaint #********. Presently, ************************ has contacted me regarding our maintenance service agreement with Energy Technologies.They have agreed to honor our and on November 17, 2022, they performed the annual service cleaning and tune-up. They also indicated that they will honor the balance of our agreement until January 31, 2023.
