I reached out to the doctor on May 22nd to get paperwork necessary for me to gain an income concerning the amount of time and fact that I no longer have and use my medical Marijuana card. It was rough finding her as she left the program I initially signed up with. She replied so I know she received the email, and her nurse got extremely rude with me via phone. It's now June 13th and I still never received this paperwork via email as requested. No response from the Dr as of my latest email. If I don't get this I can't gain an income for the desired position i would like. That means my income isn't where it needs to be and I have kids to feed. She doesn't seem to care that all I need is this statement drawn up... and according to everyone I spoke to, she's the one that certified me for the program, she needs to be the doctor that signs that paperwork so I CANT GO ELSEWHERE FOR THIS.
