What to expect, lets start with their commercials, this is where the conditioning begins. In a nutshell, the narrative is all insurance companies are evil and any subsequent issues you have are due to those evil insurance companies. Youll be provided a tour of the facilities, theyll explain theyre disassembling your vehicle to ensure all damages are captured, and reiterate that your insurance company is no good. This is the carrot, then comes the estimate, followed by the stick. Expect a very high estimate, primarily due to labor rates. Now youre responsible for the difference in addition to your deductible even though its listed as waived ($4,471.55 in our case). Next, youll discover that your vehicle in a thousand pieces in the back lot. Youll then be told youre free to take your vehicle to another body shop as soon as you pay to have it reassembled and cover the lot storage fees. Time to make a choice, pay the difference and chalk this one up to a loss or dump another $175 dollars down to initiate a demand for appraisal. In short, the insurance company hires an independent appraiser as well as the body shop and both parties try to reconcile the difference. If they are unable to reconcile the difference the decision goes to a referee. Luckily the referee ruled in our favor, and we were notified the first week of April 2022 that we would be receiving a check in the amount of $3,895.85. Im not saying your automobile wont be repaired satisfactorily by PAB. Im not saying it wont be repaired in a timely manner. What I am saying is that they will make every attempt to milk the insurance company and youll be stuck in the middle. You can play this game and if youre lucky many months later you may recoup your money, or you could make the smart move and WALK AWAY NOW!

1st off I will say the biggest mistake I made was not coming to the Better Business Bureau , Yelp , Facebook ,and Google to read the reviews of this is of this horrid company. If you're wondering I could not find any good reviews. They certainly can spend plenty of money advertising on TV touting that they are the best of the best. If that's the message that you hear on the TV and the radio for years you believe it. I'm writing this to inform you that even though they might appear to do good work It is not a company that I would recommend in a million years to my worst enemy. My wife was in an accident several months after we bought our vehicle. She was sitting at a red light and somebody drove in to her at at least 40 miles an hour. We went straight to the hospital and got medical attention they did x-rays and found no serious damage. She did however experience sprains in her neck and is still dealing with constant headaches and being treated by chiropractor and a massage therapist. Several days later after getting the insurance dealt with from the driver that caused the accident we made an appointment with professional's auto body. With my work schedule I was very busy so I had my wife bring the vehicle. They saw her coming. The fact that we can afford a brand new Mercedes does not give anybody the right to manipulate, mislead and misinform a customer. If I would have had the initial interactions that she told me that she encountered after the fact, I would have walked away and never would have left my vehicle with them. I will start this review by saying that *** ******* himself the owner came out and talked to my wife when she came for the initial intake. He specifically told her that that she needed to Sue the other driver because of the injuries that she sustained. Unfortunately my wife had previous back problems and she specifically told the owner that these were old injuries and he said it doesn't matter just lie and tell them tell them that they occurred during this accident That way the insurance company would have to pay for any medical expenses. We will be reporting this to the insurance company . She was very taken back by this but because she trusted me and I told her to take it there and get it fixed she decided she decided to leave it. Once again if I were in that situation I would have walked awalked away. But we wanted our vehicle fixed and they told us it was about a 3 to 4 day repair. Over the course of the 9 weeks, yes 9 weeks that they had possession of our vehicle It was one thing after another.. From them ordering the wrong parts And then constant fighting and bickering between them and the insurance company that we got stuck in the middle of. Every time the insurance company would assess the damage they would call and say you need to deal with them because they're not gonna pay us unless you call. This went on for the past 2 months.. Let me make this statement clear once again, my wife was hit, we should have ZERO liability in this accident. Finally they called us and told us that the vehicle was done And that there was a balance of $740. We emphatically told them that we will not pay that because we did not cause the accident and that they needed to negotiate and settle with the insurance company to get paid. It is not our place to do these things when we are not at fault. I will also mention this was not a several hundred dollar repair. The initial estimate from the insurance company was $1500 , that being said I knew it seemed pretty low. There was a Dent in the lift gate and the bumper had a crack. After professionals was done raping the insurance company for nearly $11,000 Then they proceeded to attempt to rape us or hold us hostage and not release our vehicle unless we paid the $740. If the owner came out and point blank said then you're just not getting it back and basically threatened me. If I brought one of my employees that way he could be there to witness the situation. At this point after nearly 3 months from the accident all we wanted was our vehicle back. Against my better judgment I did pay them because I did not want this to go on any longer and without getting the state police involved I thought it was my only option but regret paying them even as I type this. They are thieves, they are criminals, They are master manipulators, They are deceptive in their practices, they are misleading.. If this message reaches one person then it's done its job. Buyer beware. They are anything but "professional". I will continue to write reviews on every platform possible to continue to make the public aware of how this company treats others and takes advantage of them.. Sure we could afford the $700 but it wasn't our place to pay it. We spent several months driving a substandard vehicle while we made monthly payments on our vehicle that just sat and sat and sat for a supposed 3 day repair for several months. I could continue to go on but I hope my point was made point was made. I also know that the owners from professionals auto body will come on here and respond to this post. What I will tell you is anything and everything that they will have to say will be lies just like the lies that they are telling in the responses to these other customer reviews. They will never take responsibility for their actions but always find somebody else to blame whether it be the insurance company, the other repair shop that did supposed substandard work, or the person that was actually involved in the accident.. They care about one thing and that is money. We will continue to share this message on every social media platform. the local newspapers. with our local State representatives. I am also considering contacting the Attorney General. There are only so many people that you can pull the wool over their eyes until the truth comes out. If I can't be an advocate for other individuals than we are doing no Justice to the community and allowing things like this to continue.. Signed a very concerned citizen.
