I purchased a Flexsteel recliner from this business. Within a few weeks of delivery this summer, I noticed a couple issues with it and called to have warranty repair service. Here it is December and no repair person yet. They cancelled the first appt I had. To be fair, the lady from service has called several times since then to tell me their service man will only be in the area of my home the next day after her call . I have either been out of town or not available on such short notice. I asked to be able to schedule an appt. for a future date when I knew I would be home and the lady in the service dept. said they don't schedule appts.--only short notice arrangements are possible if they know they are going to be in my area. If they aren't willing to take a scheduled appt for a future date, this scenario may continue for a while. They should not have taken my order if they can't provide timely service. Email attempts to reach a manager went unanswered.Business response

We have been in touch with the customer and he is willing to wait for another service company to come out and check on the recliner. If he is not satisfied at that time, we are willing to exchange or return the product.Customer response
