I purchased my foldable power travel wheelchair in August 2023 solely because a regular power chair would not fit in our ******** can't afford to spend $+/- 80000-100000 on a mobility van. The real wheel cracked & needed to be replaced in March 2024. It's now May 23 & all I have are false promises on when the replacement wheel will be available. Why don't you stock replacement parts?! So now I can't go out & enjoy things, it's summertime, no festivals, no 'walks' in the sunshine, no flea markets, movies, dinners, graduations, weddings, vacations! I can't even begin to say how disappointed I am with this company. I'm home bound again. You should take this chair back & replace it since a replacement part can't seem to be had.I do not recommend this company.Review from Pauline C

I have been trying to get help with my gogo scooter since I got it. It has never held a charge since I got it. It left me stranded and I was so embarrassed. My grandson had too push me and the scooter home from the park.i need this replaced with a scooter without issues.Review from James C

I called to order a key for my fathers GoGo scooter. The gentleman told me they do not deal with the public directly and to go to the reseller. This was after I told him my pfather had ordered a cover directly from Pride Mobility. I know that if it were my company, I would make sure my customer service reps were polite and knowledgeable or they wouldn't be working there.Review from Monti B

I bought a GoGo Elite Traveller and an Ultra X scooter last year that are both still under warranty. The Ultra X stopped maintaining a full charge 4 months ago. I have visited the dealer at least 8 times and they still haven't figured out how to fix the chair. During this time, both myself and the dealer have called Pride and received little to no help. Finally, fed up, I emailed Pride after the scooter stalled on me. An employee assured me a supervisor would assist in my issue. It's been three weeks, no one from Pride has lifted a finger - even after going up the ladder to a manager - nothing. The seat on the 2nd chair is already coming apart. I'm assuming the dealer will replace the seat. I've decided to ask the dealer for a refund on the Ultra X that can't stay fully charged for longer than five minutes. If you have a problem scooter, even if it's under warranty, they will not help you. You can call or email them, they still won't respond or assist. Some rude individual will make note of your serial number but nothing else will happen. Simply put, they don't care. They will lie and say they do, but they don't. Want proof? Check their BBB customer reviews - most are one star. What more proof do you need?Review from carol c

Their customer service is terrible. Today I was disconnected, called again and was told they were transferring to a supervisor where all I got was a VM. They obviously do not care that people are dependent on their product to move around. Would NOT advise buying anything they sell.Review from MARK k

None of the pride lightweight scooters are worth it because they use old SLA battery technology. Golden technologies use lithium.. that is the way to goReview from Thaahirah L

The cold and uncaring response from Pride Mobility truly disappointed me. Pride Mobility Products is the manufacturer of my power wheelchair, which I purchased on August 25, 2021. On August 28, 2023, almost exactly 2 years later, the motor stopped working on my chair that I paid over $22,000 for. I have multiple sclerosis and have been using a wheelchair since 2004. I've had other power chairs that have lasted well over five years before needing to replace them, and not once has a motor failed. Pride Mobility has informed me that they are unable to assist me in expediting parts, providing a rental or loaner chair, and frankly, "there is nothing they can do to help." Of course, I have been working with my distributor, but they didn't build this product. Pride Mobility did, and they have no interest in helping me resolve this life-halting/daily activity disruption I have in my life because of their product.I will never purchase another one of their products, and I strongly recommend no one does.Poor quality products and extremely unsatisfactory customer service.Review from Richard N

Bought a Jazzy 613 less than a month ago, quit working. After trouble shooting with a tech on the phone, the problem couldn’t be solved. Chair is under warranty but days have gone by with still no response from the repair team as to when they can come fix my chair. Very disheartening when you depend on this chair to get around. I would not recommend this chair or pride mobility due to customer service.Review from Lisa H

Ordered a power wheelchair. Said in stock and ready to ship. Waited months cos not in stock. Kept beeping, told me that's normal. Finally someone fixed it (wasn't normal afterall). The controls are confusing. Forward moves the chair DOWN, backwards moves it UP. Opposite of any known joystick. No safety thing to turn it off if you're out of it. I ended up running over my foot and falling cos of how it operates. Not to mention the arm/joystick panel bent down when I tried to grab the arm for support! Been waiting weeks for someone to pick it up and get it out of here. Was told last week, but then said no cos they're waiting for a shipping box. How many weeks does that take?? Ridiculous.Review from Danny M

I purchased a Heritage 358xxl light chair in March 2023 due to I’m disabled and was in the hospital and couldn’t go home until I got a lift chair so after shopping around I found Med- Mart so I ordered the chair on the recommendation and customer reviews after 3 months of use I heard a cracking noise and stopped the chair, found a piece of broken wood so I contacted MedMart the said to send pictures and all information I had I did that.. so then I was told I need to pay$210 for a technician to come check the chair which I hesitated to do but did because I need my chair, so the technician comes says it’s broken bad needs replaced nothing I done so I waited for 2 weeks and I get a text saying they need a official letter from my doctor stating my weight and height I do that wait another week got a text message yesterday stating Pride will not replace my chair because it will probably break again, and won’t sell me any chair somewhere else.. so I think first it’s false advertising because the chair I have is supposed to be weight limit to 600 lbs which I’m not and 6”1 which I am second not selling me another chair is discrimination , so Med Mart says they can get me another chair for a additional $300 which I think is ridiculous because of the money I have already spent.. so I have been 2 months without my chair and the new chair to get here is going to be 4-6 more weeks my health and mental and physical health are deteriorating Med Mart and Pride Mobility are absolutely the worst companies to deal with .. I’m on disability with a limited income I can’t afford to be paying and paying i feel I have been taking advantage of ..
