Customers state they ordered a product listed for sale on the website, but later received an email stating the item was out of stock. Consumers state they requested a refund but never received one. Consumers state they were told they could return their engine core for a refund, but once returned the refund was not provided as expected. Customers claim they tried to contact the business about their concerns, but their emails and phone calls were not returned.
