    I had my vehicle for one year exactly I pay 599.99 a month the vehicle had 81k miles when I bought it and it had a warranty on it at the time. I bought the car in September 20 of 2021 it was giving me issues it smelled of burning fumes and the engine was revving. I called to make a appointment they told me they were extremely booked they could only get me in Oct 19 2021 a day before my warranty expired. They got me in and said they fixed the issues which says it was a stoplight switch. Later to find out has nothing to do with the engine revving or fumes. I called back and spoke to service and stated that the car is still having the same issues and they told me because it was a V8 engine it would do that the car was fine. I believed them. Later the car was still have issues where is was pulling and didn't want to accelerate to drive i started to read the manual and it states that if the start engine button remains red I am having transmission issues and I may need fluid so I looked under the hood to check the fluid there is no dip stick or anywhere to add fluid I called Nissan and they told me to come in to do diagnostic test. (I have all my paperwork including RO report that states they never serviced the transmission before selling) my reverse was starting to give a delay when shifting they told me there were no codes fluid was full the transmission was failing internally I asked how they knew that with no codes they said they didn't. But told me I had to pay over 7k to get it fixed. The car only has 87k Mike's on it I only drive back and fourth to work how is the transmission going bad. I went to get a second opinion at another mechanic who says he will give all the notes of his findings. He did a transmission flush and he said that there was all kinds of debris and gunk in the fluid and transmission filter and that it has never been changed at all. If it would have been changed I would not have any of the issues. Nissan said to make it right I need to buy a car.
