      After almost a year of trying to work with Vico’s Autobody the parent company of Kelley Sauder in Eagleview Pa https://kelleyandsouder.com/ I am officially giving up the opportunity for this company to do the right thing and turning towards the consumer’s so that they are unable to treat another hardworking individual the way they treated me. On Jan 4 23, I was hit by a deer . After 6 weeks of little to no communication from Kelly I decided to start my own management of my repairs , contacting Honda , sourcing parts and calling Kelley to let them know when parts would arrive. The unprofessional management continued until I was able to successfully convince them to put as many parts as we had in the car to make it officially safe and legal to be operated on the road - while we waited for two last parts that I myself requested from Honda . Only to have the car then break down two days after having the vehicle back . My insurance company advised me not to have the tow go back to Kelly and we then found out that Kelley put the old parts back in my car with the holes in these old parts instead of replacing with the new parts that they did have in the shop and had been paid for . I paid the deductible in full and the insurance co paid all invoices. This includes a part that they never put in my car . So my final share is that this part still is not in my car . A part at this point I will pay for to be replaced so I am doing the right thing by both Honda and the insurance co Yes I am out personally almost 4000 dollars but more then that I hope that this business is held responsible for their complete disregard for the rights consumers have and this never happens to anyone else

      The one star is for the body work. If I could have given no stars, I would have. My car was there for 3 months and 10 days. K and S started by failing to send the tow truck to the place that towed my car from the accident and was holding it. From there, the main reason supposedly for the long delay was that they were waiting for parts. I had to initiate contact almost every time, to find out what was going on. Out of the 2 people to whom I mainly spoke, I was given inconsistent information. I got the initial check from my insurance company promptly, yet K and S didn't ask for it until they claimed they hadn't been paid by my insurance company, which makes me wonder about the "delay" in parts. When they finally supposedly got all the parts, it was 6 wks. before it was ready, and when my husband got 2 miles away from K and S, the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree, and the car was running terribly and making a dragging noise. Turns out that they installed the steering wheel sensor backwards. Rock claimed he test drove it twice. Why wouldn't that have been picked up on those alleged test drives? I had to take it to the dealership to get it fixed properly. It was the worst experience ever. I would never go back to K and S.

      Was personally guaranteed in writing by the district manager that their work would be guaranteed for as long as I own the car. They are not standing up to their warranty.. I had to bring the car back a few times for runs in the paint, mismatched color, Parts I was charged for that were never put on, and recently the window they removed in the back so they can paint was leaking now. When I called and mentioned the Leaky window the manager was going to order the part and have me come in but the district manager shut it down. This shop used to have a good reputation but it seems like since New Management took over there is something definitely at disarray.
