On May 4, 2022 I purchased a new part for an elliptical machine. I paid $190.40 which included shipping. Upon receipt, I noticed the part was not new as advertised. It was a used part that appeared to be refurbished but poorly done. I contacted the company and spoke to ****** who did not know why a used part was sent and asked me to return it and they would send out the correct new part. Since TechMotion did not send the correct part, I asked them to reimburse me for the return shipping cost of $12.55. I sent the part back to them on 5/19 and it was received by them on 5/22. I received no updates from the company and on 6/1 I contacted the company and spoke to ****** who NOW said they do not have the new part available and they would credit me back my money. I did receive credit for the $190.40 but not the $12.55. After multiple calls, texts and emails to follow up on this, I ultimately spoke to ****** on 6/16 who initially said they could not credit me back the $12.55 since they never received it from me. I explained it was an error on the end, so I should not be out any money and said they should have the ability to send me a check for $12.55, which he agreed to reluctantly. I emailed him stating that if the check was not received within 7 days (6/23), I would pursue this further. I have not received the check as of 6/28 and would like your assistance to get reimbursed. More importantly, on their website they are still advertising the part as AVAILABLE and NEW. This is FALSE advertising and they should be held accountable for their deceptive sales practices.Initial Complaint

I had my treadmill that was diagnostics on February 15th, 2022 and it was determined the belt was worn. The tech thought he had the right one but did not. So he ordered a new one and it was replaced on March 4th, 2022. The same day it was replaced another error code came up e1. Tecmotion Corp, advised the controller would need to be replaced. They never mention their would be a possibility that another code would come up and i would incure additional fees to get it replaced. I would have just decided not to get the Belt fixed and get a new treadmill. I am requesting full refund of my diagnostic fees of $181.00, since the company never disclosed hidden information. Please help as the company is saying im at a loss. Thank you
